I have been going here for over 5 years, & honestly it's more for the convenience.I have to wash my shirts before I bring them in, otherwise they come back still stained.The reason for my review now is because of his new hire, Adrienne!!She is VERY PERSONABLE, & the 2nd time I encountered her, she greeted me by my name-- which may seem insignificant to some, but it definitely was big for me, ESPECIALLY after like I previously stated, I've been using this service at least once a week for the past 5years.She is a great asset & addition to the business, & why i went from 2stars to 4.

After only two weeks the owner knows me by name, doesn’t waste a ticket on me, and has my clothes ready for me, on time, without any missing particles. Not only that, but they were able to find and repair my tux vest for a reasonable price. The honesty and hard work behind this clothing care facility is top notch!

I do not recommend using them for formal wear. Three dresses I had cleaned came back with either damage to the seams or parts of velvet missing. Unfortunately, I cannot risk using them again for fear of damaged clothing.

These guys are awesome. They do all the work on site. They don't even have to give me a ticket for picking up my clothes. He remembers my name by sight and hands me my clothes each day without a ticket. Plus, they have never shrunk or stained any of my stuff. Love this place.

I was a client for almost a year at ECC Cleaners. Last time, one of my pants was damaged in the bottom. When I talked to the owner he was extremely rude, defensive and yelled at me. He didn't want to take responsibility and pay for my pants. Be careful.

Real simple; I was at Starbucks looking over at this place, wondering how good it was. I remembered that my Express white jacket was ruined from lipstick/makeup and Kettle/Cran drinks that were spilled on it (yeah, I was being a playa that night). I tried another dry cleaner and they didn't even get it close, and it had been 2-3 months since. I went in, friendly. Looked at my jacket, and took the time to give me some advice, and stated they would do their best. They got all but a single stain out (including the coffee I spilled on it carrying it over from Starbucks). Took a few of my shirts too, doing a really good job as well. I got me a new dry cleaner :)
