No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. Very friendly interaction and when I did pick up he was engaged with a customer but addressed me quickly and got me on my way. Seems like a well run place.”

They really is some kind of electronics fixing master wizard working there because they had the magic touch. “I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
