Went in to get some strawberry jelly tonight. Opened it and it's molding. Somebody must've popped the top off on the store, but horrible quality control. Sick.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are great. I had a fantastic experience with the pharmacist Amel. She worked with me for two weeks trying to help me get a medication which was back ordered and was checking on it regularly. Eventually she was able to find it at a different location. I truly appreciated her help because when you need a medication and it is not available, it is a nightmare. Amel was helpful, understanding, and very patient in explaining how to go about transferring my prescription. I felt like she really wanted to make sure I got what I needed even though we only ever communicated over the phone. Thank you Amel!!

My oral surgeon called in my prescription this morning for antibiotics and wanted me to start by midday. I called several times and they said that they hadn’t had time to check their voicemail from doctors, that they were understaffed and they didn’t know when they would check that voicemail. When I asked what should I do if I needed to start my antibiotic, they were unable to answer or help me other than to say they would try to get to it. Wow- a new low for CVS.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for COVID booster last week for today. Received email reminder an hour before. I called to verify and was advised they were out of the booster a few days ago. Asked why I was reminded of appointment and not advised they were out. Was told they weren't sure how the system updates.

I will no longer be shopping at my local CVS or others going forward. They keep one person on staff for most of the day and expect you to use self checkout while the poor individual runs around stocking shelves. I will no longer support a business that doesn’t support the community by providing paying jobs.

Oh my god, they are terrible. The pharmacy consistently forgets to fill my prescriptions, can’t find them, etc. I feel stuck since it’s the pharmacy on file with my doctors but save yourself the pain and go elsewhere.EDIT: pharmacist accused me of requesting prescriptions that are not mine, so I finally switched to a CVS down the road at 6330 Roswell. They somehow found all my “missing” prescriptions [side eye]

So once again it seems to be a struggle for the CVS staff to be nice and considerate. The same lady that is the manager there is absolutely so rude. I've been in there three times and every time you'll get some attitude or a head shake. I asked where something was and she acts like it's such a big deal to ask for help, lady isn't this your job. This isn't the first time she has been rude to me. She literally will walk off and start shaking her head when you can clearly see she is doing so. Super disrespectful and I won't be back.

This location is severely understaffed in a very busy area. I have come to pick up prescriptions multiple times but the drive thru and indoor pharmacy lines were so long that I left. I don't blame the staff; I'm sure everyone is working hard. I blame CVS as a company for not doing more to keep their pharmacies staffed (like this location needs to offer seriously fat paychecks). I'm currently typing this while waiting in line on my second attempt to pick up my prescriptions.

issues everytime. staff is nice but they are understaffed. i had an issue where my doctor couldnt get in contact with them and left several messages and when i went to the cvs they told me that they didnt recieve anything and sent me away. when my doctor called them and they finally spoke to her and complained they apologized for the oversight and issue. they said they were going to apologize to me. the medicine i needed was for blood clots snd pain. you would think that theyd handle this better. now ive been dealing with this for almost three days trying to get my medicine. i am in so much pain and discomfort. i do not like that they legitimately lied about not receiving anything because they messed up. always be honest.

Poor customer service, understaffed, and never has prescription orders ready on time. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer for the pharmacy to fill your prescription. Good luck if the pharmacist even answers the phone.

The pharmacy at this location provides the worst customer service. They seldom answer the phone lines. I called 4 times today and never got through. I was on hold for 15-20 min each time. The staff person who checked me out today had a bad attitude and was not helpful. I have experienced this poor customer service many times before today. I will be transferring all prescriptions from this CVS.

Worst pharmacy to go to. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one cares and they ignore you most of the time. Usually have to go back at least two times because they don’t do what they say.I am changing pharmacies but warn you not to start here as I did!!!
