There were no cashiers in sight. I waited. Then, a really rude girl finally came. She ignored the line and rang people up out of order. She snapped at me when I told her there was a line. They need to change things.
Pharmacy was good. I will shop at another CVS until they get this one in order.

I have given this location so many chances for 20 years. But if you can avoid it, you should. The managers are rude and not helpful at all. They treat me like they don't want me there, so I finally decided not to go back. That is not true of everyone who works here... there are some friendly souls... but the bad apples ruin the experience. The place is kind of dirty and a mess anyway, so it is unpleasant generally. I won't miss going to this place. If you do go, good luck!! You'll need it!

I just visited to pick up some photos, the first man I interacted with was really kind and looking for the order. Another woman tried to help and she rudely informed me that I was at the wrong store. Which is absolutely fine to do, I just wish she did it with so much more kindness instead of rolling her eyes at me. Like it was a simple mistake that we discovered in less than two minutes but the woman was so nasty about it I will avoid this CVS.

Cashiers rude as heck and don’t have patience to try to assist you or resolve any issues that may arise . …the store is nasty and not properly stocked …the store and cashiers definitely complement each other …Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles ! Thank me later !

I give the store manager three stars because I understand that she is doing her job however I am entrepreneur that was outside 5 ft away from your door and for you to go overboard and tell somebody to get from in front of your business let me give you a wake up call lady that business is not yours you're just the person they have there for right now at this minute running the store I hope the 70,000 a year that they're giving you is truly worth it because of any given moment they could change their minds and you won't be the store manager customer service is still important or nside or outside don't you ever step outside and tell somebody that's making real money every day take home money every day and tell them they can't solicit anywhere around the store it's a public area thank you

My review disappeared, not sure why. I did not post anything demeaning. I will post again. My wife and I are now at Publix across the street, and they handle things much differently. First off, they greet you with a smile and acknowledge you are there, secondly the wait time for a non-refill is 15 MINUTES and they never messed up my prescriptions when called in.

Discount policy confusing. Emails list all sorts of coupons but since there isn’t a live checkout person, just checkout machines, applying these coupons is hit or miss.Many discounts are poorly thought out. For example there was a $4 discount if you bought 2 large toothpastes. But what single person needs 2 large toothpastes at one time. It would be more useful to have had a $2 discount for one tube.

So annoying they send notifications at 8pm or 8am saying your prescriptions are “ready” but does not says an schedule in where you can go and pick it up and so you go at 8:30 am and their pharmacy is close. ?????
