This business doesn’t value customers or have any concept of customer service. I made an appointment with the business for Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The appointment was confirmed via email and I received a follow up email about the appointment. About twenty-four hours prior to the appointment, I received a curt email saying they will be closed for the entire holiday weekend and that normal hours will resume Tuesday. No apology for the cancellation, no offer to reschedule. The business must have enough customers coming in that they can tell others to just go away. I’ll do that and take my business to someplace that values customers.

I ordered one T-shirt for my client to see as a sample. The print on the T-shirt was crooked, so my client canceled the project.
So, I lost revenue, and Custom Ink made $33 from me.
REPLY TO CUSTOM INK:
It’s doesn't matter after this point if you print another one for me. My project was canceled.

Alana was such a joy to work with at the Custom Ink Buckhead location. I had worked with other printers and locations in atlanta and they made it so complicated and stressful!!! Alana at Custom Ink at a peachtree battle was so patient, creative and helped us stay within our budget! Will be back in the future for all my printing needs.

Reginald Sims, the rep we worked with at the store in shined in providing outstanding customer service experience. He made the process feel really straightforward, was easy to work with and also helped us with a refund when an order did not turn out right per the design. Can't wait to see our customers wear the custom swag!

Someone on line talked me through my order, very patiently because I had so many questions about every single detail. He sShowed me a photo of what I wanted with design on shirts. I wanted to place order that day to be sure they could be printed and shipped to NC before Thanksgiving. Everything worked out beautifully. Thank you so much. It was quick and easy. Recently I had an urgent and very important graphic T-shirt production job that needed the very best in terms of attention to detail, responsiveness, and regard for my needs.
Reggie was great to work from from the beginning. He treated the project as if it was his own, and did a terrific job of walking me through the whole layout / blank choices path to getting a bunch of quality product in record time.
I also can't leave out the great folks back at corporate who followed through with excellence.
A great experience all around. I'm so thankful there's a LOCAL Custom Ink store to help accomplish important projects like this!

Our experience with CustomInk has been above and beyond what was expected! We placed an order online for several of their products and received a follow up call almost immediately from the manager, Reggie. Reggie stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process of order, shipment and tracking and delivery and helped to ensure that our products were satisfactory for our event. We received our items very quickly and were very pleased. We ordered several more products shortly after and received the same great customer service the second time around.
