NO ONE SHOP AT COSTCO! ITS NOT WORTH IT. FOR A FAMILY OF 4 GROCERIES WERE 600 DOLLARS FOR 1 TRIP! THESE GROCERIES WILL NOT EVEN LAST ME A MONTH. VERY NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP COSTS AND GO TO LIDL OR ALDI. ALSO, POLICY DOESN'T ALLOW HOUSE HOLDS TO SHARE MEMBERSHIPS. THEY MADE US GET A COMPLETELY SEPERATE COSTCO MEMBERSHIP TO PAY FOR GROCERIES DISPITE LIVING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS
A MEBERSHIP. I REGRET GOING HERE AND WAISTING MY TIME AND MONEY. I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. IM TRULY NEVER COMING BACK

If you're considering getting any tire service from Costco in Sandy Springs, please avoid China Bogan! As soon as I walked in the door I felt bad energy and got nothing but NEGATIVE RESISTANCES! Knowing that she works at this locating I will never again go to this tire center. However, If it wasn't for Jonathan (the manager) and for Yonatan who provided excellent service by resolving the issue, my vehicle would still be hitting at Costco with a flat tire relying on Ms Bogan! Thank you Jonathan and Yonatan for coming to my rescue and for reassuring my faith in Costco!! Sweaver

Costco's Kirkland-branded mixed nuts (Wizard Nuts LLC) were purchased on ~9/15/23. The product contained many live worms at the time the cannister was opened and post-serving the product to several individuals. Following consumption and once worms were observed, the served portions were discarded and the remainder of the cannister was returned to Costco on 9/17/23 with a report filed (incl. details of resulting illness) and photos taken. Neither Costco nor Flagstone Foods (manufacturer/packager of the nuts) has owned responsibility. Beware of packaged mixed nuts, as described, at Costco

Do they have more than 5 stars as an option?? If I could, I would have Kirkland everything. My wife calls this my happy place, and she is right. Gold star till I die!!

This was my first time coming to Costco in about 10 years. The Dunwoody Costco is closest to me, and I just got a membership because I wanted to buy something that was online only, and I had to get the membership in order to buy the item. Anyway, I'm now a member, so I thought I might as well see what Costco was all about these days and get- if anything- a rotisserie chicken because they are awesome. I came about 30 minutes before closing, and it was really busy, but they close at 6PM (super early IMO, but glad the workers can get some time to enjoy their weekend), and they were HUSTLING to get people out of there. My first observation was that they really like rules here and the staff love to enforce rules. You don't have a Costco card? You WILL NOT get in. They are serious about checking membership cards, and the lady who had me pretty much trapped so I couldn't run into the store as I fumbled to find my membership # via email, hollered at several people to get out because they didn't have a membership card. "You can't get in without a membership!" Thankfully I found it and she accepted it, because otherwise she was going to make me go back out in the cold and go somewhere different for the physical card. Okay, so now I am in, and it's great. There are tons of things to look at, lots of stuff that I could potentially use, and just basic stuff that is handy to have that you don't even realize you need. Like earbuds, body lotion, and russet potatoes. I didn't have a cart and it was close to closing time, so I just wandered around and picked up my chicken. I went to check out and there was a really long line of people with carts packed with items. I wandered up to the front and asked a worker if there was an express lane (I realize now this was ridiculous, but I'm used to getting groceries at an express line since I usually don't have much), and the man yelled at me that there was no express line and that I was in the self-check-out line. He yelled this very loud, and I feel like he was trying to embarrass me to punish me for asking such a ridiculous question and beating down my entitled arse. Fair. I slunk back to the end of the line with my chicken and waited sheepishly and obediently for my turn. When I get to a register, it was one with a cashier. This lady in front of me was insisting that she had a digital gift card and we were all waiting for her forever as she scrolled through her email. Finally she gave up (I seriously was thinking she was purposely causing drama, like she wanted someone to yell at her), and then apologized to me and the cashier and everyone for holding up the line. In deafening silence as no one said anything to her, she also slunk away after her cc she finally agreed to use was processed in 1 second and faster than that she was given a receipt and NEXT. Next is me, and I'm nervous because this is a rule place and I don't have a card, just a membership number in an email. I don't know if they are going to make me get a membership card before I can get the chicken. I'm actually very nervous about this. Fortunately, I was able to use my membership number. They did need to put it in manually, and a manager had to come with a key, and of course it was a whole thing, but now I know and when it's not minus 10 degrees outside I'll go to wherever that area is and get my physical card. Now, after all this, I get home, and sadly, the chicken is pretty raw. I thought the breast meat had an odd texture, and when I pulled it apart it was clearly not fully cooked. Bummer. After tearing it to pieces I put it in the oven and baked it, but it still had this slippery texture and didn't taste like anything. It was strange, but very apropos given the entire experience. I will try the chicken again when it isn't so close to closing time-- I think they were just in a rush to get the rest of chickens out the door as there was a new batch that had just come out of the oven at 5:50PM.

Got all 4 of my tires replaced from here. The price is great plus they waive the installation fee which is always nice. What's not so nice is the service of some of the technicians. The 2 times I called, they were very passive aggressive and rude. In their defense, this costco is one of the busiest ones in town, but that shouldnt be an excuse for poor customer service. They finished my tires in a timely manner and it was an easy wait since I just shopped around while waiting. Overall, price is unbeatable, but if customer service is important to you, this tire center has a lot of room for improvement.

I was going to call corporate or the management over an incident yesterday at the register regarding a woman with a nasty attitude named DEBRA however I was too upset to do so. She was very abrupt when I pulled out 3 credit cards that Costco didn't accept (yelled at me that they only accept VISA). She was loud about it and tried to embarrass me. It was so obvious. I said to her "I guess I can't get my food" pretty timidly. She then jerks the cart away to the another employee and said coldly "Hope you have a nice day, ma'am!" I've been going to this Costco for 4 years and I've never had anyone be nasty to me. I walked out of there crying. It ruined my day. Not going back or contacting management because I don't want to get further abuse from this store.

I had a very embarrassing and unprofessional experience at this Costco. I went to Costco with a friend that has an executive Costco membership. I am a manager for a very big corporation and we were going to get food for our company event. We get to check out after spending several hours shopping. Gloria was the cashier and she scanned my friend's Costco card and kept her card because my friend had a mobile Costco card too and as Gloria stated "you can only have one or the other". Then after ringing up all of our food, I go to scan the company's credit card and another worker comes from behind... might've been a manager. (A African American woman with blonde braids and I believe she had glasses) saying we can't purchase our items because the card isn't in the membership holders name. She was very rude and passive aggressive about it and we legitimately did not know that was a thing at Costco and we explained that and the fact that I'm a manager of a major corporation, spending a lot of money and she was still dismissive and not caring. We spoke to the store manager Eddie and he informed us this is NOT the policy to have the payment name match the membership holders name. I also wanted to see what Costco was about because I was thinking of buying a Costco membership for myself . This whole experience was EMBARRASSING and UNPROFESSIONAL. After this I will NOT be purchasing a Costco membership. Just unbelievable.

My wife and I love Costco! My only complaint is with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp is outstanding and very plentiful. The cocktail sauce is amazing, but it is not enough. It would be great if you could either put in a second one or allow the staff to give a second one upon request. Currently they do not do so. Thank you, Ron Tunick 404.308.1564

I had a script for medication that I dropped off only to be told later that they didn’t approve of the diagnosis that my doctor listed on the prescription and they wanted a new medical code. After 2 days of bouncing back and forth with my drs office and Costco, my doctor suggested that I just get the hard script and take it to a new pharmacy. I got my script back and took it to Publix down the street where they filled it within 45 mins. The fact that I was going to be without medication for days using Costco’s pharmacy just doesn’t make it worth it.

Let me first state that as a new customer, I wasn't impressed with Jean's customer service. Jean was our cashier today and her service is much to be desired. (terminal 6).Customers do not want to always hear what your policies and procedures are during their shopping experience. If your reps are going to reiterate policies at check out, Jean needs to make sure that she thoroughly understands what your policies are. Jean was absolutely the worse associate ever. She needs to display more compassion and understanding for people. Her condescending persona is not what is needed in the service industry. Thank you for your time.Dr. Braylon Gorman-Foster

I have never been disappointed by Costco. I also love to support businesses that care about their employees.
