They got to my car fairly quick but they didn't do the job correctly. I had to make 3 trips back and they kept delaying the repairs that weren't done properly. After approximately 6 weeks, I never was able to get them to correct the work. I would never recommend their work to anyone.

I brought my Tesla into Classic Collision for because it needed minor cosmetic repairs. The staff was friendly and informative. While they quoted me 30-60 days for the repair, they got my car fixed up and ready in a week! I would definitely recommend Classic Collision.

From beginning to end our experience could not have been better. Welcomed in a very friendly way. The person at the desk was very professional, but super friendly as well. Eddie was great. Explained everything. At the end no surprises. BUT, best of all, we got the car back very quickly and the work looked great. Reasonable as far as the cost was concerned. Thanks. we recommend you highly.

Reliable and dependable always! We dropeed off our vehicle for a quick fix and Jimmy expedited our vehicle, was very courteous and respectful. I will always use Jimmy as my "go to guy" at Classic Collision. Kudos to Jimmy! and his crew! And the girls up front were very helpful and nice as well. Thank you again!! Nicole Iroff

I brought my car in to Classic Collision to have it fixed after an accident and had a great experience except for the follow up after repair. I received an estimate prior to having them fix my car and at checkout was informed that there was no balance due along with paperwork of a $0 balance. After speaking with insurance company, I was informed that Heather at the location had been trying to call me. I had no missed calls or voicemails from her. As a courtesy I gave her a follow up to find out what was going in. She informed me I should have been "forthcoming" about the payment received If she did her job and properly communicated with the insurance company this would have been handled appropriately and I suspect her attitude was because they were left with a balance. I also left the shop and realized there was a flapping sound on my car only discover that when removing the bumper they jacked up the car too close to the spat and bent it, but somehow forgot to mention this! This was my first time having a car repair due to an accident and I see why they have an F rating with the BBB.

Brought my Audi in for a body repair- took months to repair. Not only that, their work was not up to par at all. My door was still hanging off as well as the door handle and had to bring it back to the shop. Still had to wait hours just for a simple repair that they can't even complete the first time. It is obvious you can see their work through the results. Not efficient nor reliable at all. Big pass big jokes

Insurance preferred my truck here and they hold my truck more than 2 months later i keep asking them they told me truck part has been ordered and they will do next week but 2 weeks later the told me my truck has been total lost, make nonsense at all. Never recommend to anyone.

Had my bumper replaced about a year ago and at the time it wasn’t really sitting correctly. There was a tiny gap, but I didn’t mention it because I hadn’t had my car in about 30 days. Everything was fine until a week ago where the side rim of the tire started coming off This morning I had an appointment at 10 AM and arrived on time I waited for an hour and after an hour I had an appointment at the CVS down the street to get a Covid booster. I asked the woman at the front to see if my car would be ready Because I had an appointment down the street. She never reached out to anyone to ask so I walked in the cold to the CVS pharmacy I then get back to find my car waiting for me taped together. Yes, you heard me right they had taped it together. I have waited for over an hour and they taped it together , I then asked for an estimate of what they thought it would take to fix it and they didn’t even have that prepared for me . So not only did they do a not so great job to begin with the follow up visit was not any better. Happy Thanksgiving

I brought my husband's Jeep in to get an estimate on a couple of scratches. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, Cheryl, and was made very comfortable in their waiting room, complete with complementary water bottles and coffee. Madeline prepared my estimate and, while we were reviewing it, she called over her supervisor, Adam, to review the damage with us. Before I knew it, the manager, Jimmy, came by and returned with his manual buffing equipment, and took care of me right there on the spot! Such friendly and helpful employees. I experienced amazing customer service and will definitely return for my body repair needs!!

Jimmie, the general manager might have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would stay away from a business that is run by a manager like this. Not to mention the 3+ month wait. I'll leave the rest of my comments to myself. Horrible

This place is top tier! The first time I ever came to this location, I didn’t get the best treatment, then there was a girl Named Sara Who comforted me, and told me to come back and give them another chance. When I came back, there was a lot of new staff. Let’s start w/ Cheryl, The best receptionist I’ve ever met in any business I’ve ever gone to. She takes her time and is very personable and makes you feel right at home. Then when I came back I met Jimmy, the new GM. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could reach out to him. I know what you’re thinking all managers say that, but I put Jimmie to the test when I had concerns, and I felt like they weren’t getting answered in an orderly fashion, I was given by Jimmie, his personal contact to make sure that everything was taken care of, and all my concerns were addressed. Jimmie and Cory even rode with me in my car just to make sure I felt 100% about any concerns I had before leaving their location. With this new staff and management I would definitely recommend this location.. They are family now.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I brought my car in to the sandy springs location and Jimmie helped me. He took me right away, was extremely friendly and was able to not only clean off the tire marks from my car but also get my bumper into place within minutes. I called them to check if they can fix my Jaguar. They setup an appointment with me and when I came in, they mentioned that they can’t fix jaguars if there is body damage. I drove 18 miles to get here on a Monday work day. There was no apology, no help to find someone else. Very disappointed

PS: they have a F rating with the BBB- They were recommended by my insurance company - RUN - DON'T - WALK BEWARE - check the reviews- | now suspect that some of the 1 star reviews don't have comments because they intimidate you and are only concerned about $$$. FYI the BBB rates them F. can't get lower. They took no responsibility for their work and did all that they could to shift any responsibility to someone or something else- after getting a litany of excuse and me insisting on the owner's contact information (after being told "I'll have them contact you") PS-which never happened- they told me to leave the premises or they would call 911 for the police- I left I'm 76 and ran a business for over 50 years and WARN YOU - do NOT USE THEM unless you need to be jerked around. I'm paying out of pocket to correct their screw ups rather than dealing anymore with them. |had used Classic Collisions in CHAMBLEE several times and had been very pleased with them, but the previous "Good Reputation" at the Sandy Springs location is a trap- As they say - we are owned by a "large company conglomerate " RUN don't walk
