What I liked about going here is that I actually didn’t need service I took my car in because it has high mileage and I just wanted them to look at it. They were very honest they didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary. They told me to keep up on the good work and a good oil change goes along way. We can tell you use full synthetic (which was true) they were happy for me my car made it this far. Suggested some new wiper blades and a coolant flush. But the said I had nothing to be concerned about and great job ☺️

I recently had a disappointing experience with Christian Brothers Auto, particularly with their phone representative, Skylar. My interaction with Skylar was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite my efforts to explain my concerns clearly, she was passive aggressive, unhelpful, dismissive, and rude.
As a customer, I felt neglected and undervalued especially when I was given a specific time it would be finished that was exceeded.

**Attention Black People**
Don't you ever ever ever take your car here. I took my car in for a starter. The guy calls me on the phone told me I could come get my car. Now I usually sound my completion on the phone. The guy told me it was going to be $468. I asked if that was out the door price. He said yes.
I get there and this wall building, tobacco spitting, cow tipping proud boy tells me, it going to be $875 boy.
So to keep from going to jail for a quadruple... I just paid and left. But they will never see another hey penny from me or anyone else that ask me about them.
Send the asteroid!

I brought in a Ford Explorer for service that had an Extended Warranty to cover some major repairs and get an accurate diagnostic. The technician and customer service was outstanding and outshined the previous repair shop that I considered for the job. Shoutouts to Joshua and Skyler for explaining the diagnostic and communicating with my extended warranty company to clear some hurdles external to both companies and address the administrative items to complete the job in the time expected!! Our vehicle is a blessing to our family and we feel confident it is in good hands with Christian Brothers of Sandy Springs GA! Thank You!!
