They fail to submit the documents correctly that you fill out at their branch. After 15+yrs with Schwab I'm going to leave for someone who I can trust to do basic paperwork.

I can see their office from my apartment. I hand deliver cards to them because one nite I could see the cleaning lady in their conference room vacuuming... So .. I started flickering my lights. Honey, she stopped and flickered her lights. And then I started doing jumping jacks. Then she did it also.And I live above a dance studio. LOL

Disappointing! Schwab bought T D Ameritrade a good while ago - over a year, anyway. I was told via phone by T D Ameritrade that I could go to a Schwab office and make a time sensitive deposit. Arrived at the Schwab office and was told they do not accept deposits for TDA accounts. HUH?

I have never been to a financial institution so upset about being next to a Starbucks.During a morning rush of people to the Starbucks next door, there was very limited parking. Having circled the lot a few times, I noticed people were parking outside of the building, and decided to do the same. As I parked, an employee told me that after 8:30am (of which it was just before that time) the parking lot is for Charles Schwab customers.I had agreed to move my car, without a fuss, only to be then thanked by a flurry of rude gestures and cursing from the said employee. I had asked why she was being insulting, but she continued into the store. A fellow employee was setting up a sign and justified her actions by saying they have issues with Starbucks customers parking, making it hard for their customers to get in.I do sympathize with the parking situation, but if I gladly am willing to comply and move my car to wait for a spot to open up at Starbucks, then I feel that they should have been more customer service friendly, rather than terribly insulting. Also, the woman had no idea if I had an account at the bank, which adds insult to injury. If they treat random people who comply with their non-legal binding requests for parking lot etiquette with such disrespect, then I can only imagine dealing with them in a legal binding contract for financial services.
