Came here with my old car in the early 2000s for some minor installation and brought my current Mazda 3 hatch here for a full sub and front stage install. Brian was really helpful upon first getting there and giving me initial ideas to guide me with where I might want to go with the setup and Evan was awesome and really listened to specifics to help make the decision on what I wanted to run and communicating with the installer to get the perfect sound. The set up is perfect. Great installers, sub enclosure building, and knowledgeable and friendly staff that want to make sure you’re taken care of. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Car Tunes in Roswell since 2008, and they’ve never let me down! Over the years, they’ve done an excellent job on various projects for me, and their customer service is always top-notch. Last year, I had them install a dash cam, and after some time, the WiFi stopped connecting to my phone. I tried troubleshooting it on my own, but when I brought it back to them, they didn’t hesitate—they replaced it for me without any hassle! What really stands out is that their relationship with you doesn’t end once the installation is done. They truly stand behind their work and take care of their customers long after the service. Highly recommend them for any car audio or accessory needs!

Got a head unit with CarPlay and new speakers installed in my car from CarTunes this past week. Top notch customer service, Nick guided me through all the options and prices and helped me pick out what worked for my needs and my budget, allowing me to tweaks the components and options until it was exactly what I needed. Immediate appointments were available to drop my car off for the day to get the work done, with a key drop system. All work was completed in a day, my system is incredible and now I have the car audio set up I always dreamed of. When it’s time to upgrade or get any other work done I will always use these guys, they made it so easy.

Anthony at Cartunes was great from the initial phone call to get blind spot detection on my wife’s 2023 Camaro. He explained how they work on the phone, the installation process, and cost. I immediately made an appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and I waited patiently all day while an installer professionally installed the devices, raid tested it multiple times throughout the completion process and finished when they said they would. These guys are highly educated on the equipment they install and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Thanks for the great install.

I have used Cartunes on two separate occasions for two different cars, two completely different jobs. Cartunes does an exceptional job at everything. They pay very close attention to detail, and provide excellent quality service. They warranty their work, always answer every question, and are always accessible for me to bring the car back if needed. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Cartunes. My experience with the customer service representative, Brian Judy, has been excellent, and he went over and beyond assisting me with installing a rearview camera in my BMW 650ci. In addition to this issue, he asked if I had any other concerns with my car, and I mentioned an issue I had getting the cover to remain fixed on the column supporting the windshield to the dashboard on the driver's side of the car. When he told me my car was ready, I found that his service engineer had solved the problem and also adjusted a sensor on the rear bumper that had come loose. I couldn't believe it! On top of that, I mentioned that my husband had a problem with his Porsche Cayenne syncing with a computer, causing it not to have the usual pick-up we had expected from the diesel motor. He asked us to let them take a look and then sent it to a mechanic at a local repair shop who specializes in Porsche cars. The bottom line is that Brian Judy is an asset to the team at Cartunes, and they are fortunate to have him on their staff. Give the guy a raise!!!

Changing from 2 to 5. I received a call today from Cartunes, and they made me feel a lot better. I originally was upset and not happy with how things went, but they called me today and were very nice, giving me my $130 back and they are even going to take another look at my car next Thursday. They really care about their customers! I would recommend them

Anthony is the best! I had a broken rearview camera and was quoted nearly $1000 at the dealership. I called around and found Cartunes. Anthony was very patient and thorough with helping me. He sent clear prices for every possible replacement option. We were able to settle on a much more affordable price and scheduled a date for the service. When I brought in my car, he started work immediately and was able to get me in and out in a few hours. Fantastic service overall and will be coming back as needed.

Anthony Toliver was friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable. He listened to me regarding what I wanted in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler, replacing the system that is 25 years old. I had 12 speakers and several quit working recently. I wanted a new sound system with cameras in the rear. He recommended a Kendwood radio with a 7 inch monitor with 8 speakers.. I had my neck fused, and it is hard to see when cars are coming on my sides. He also recommended a side cameras when I turned on my turn signal so it would show on the monitor. That way, I could see if there were cars coming. I wanted window tinting, which helped cut down sun rays, making it easier to see and protect my new stereo system. I had the Jeep Wrangler wrapped green and top the same color as the Jeep when it was new. I added a Wolf design on the hood and my nickname on the side of the Jeep. I brought new 5 rims and tires. I bought new bumpers and lights to protect the Jeep. I bought the Jeep new. The Wrangler is in great shape with no accident. It's only has 184,000 miles on the speedometer, which average 7300 miles per year. Yes, it costs a few bills, but it's a lot cheaper than buying a new one. I'm 70 yrs old and didn't want a monthly payment for a new Jeep plus higher insurance payment.

While I was there I got my windows tinted and that process was very efficient and professional as well. Thanks to nick and the team at car tunes the truck looks and sounds great. I got my dash cam installed here, technician did an amazing job. Evan Bagnell was super nice, knowledgeable and patient with the whole process. There was a slight misunderstanding with the instructions with my cam but Evan made sure it was installed properly and is in a good working condition even days after it was installed. I really appreciate all the work Evan and team put into this. Would 100% recommend. :)
