Atlanta fitness Diva is an absolutely wonderful personal training facility. I work with the owner of the company and she is absolutely marvelous. We have become friends and so enjoy our sessions together. I receive many compliments of my transformation, and I owe it all to my trainer Pam. Not only is it great for overall health and self-confidence, but it is such an enjoyable and relaxing time to get to devote time for yourself for self improvement. Pam is a wonderful motivator and gets the job done. I do not have one bad thing to say all good definitely recommend.

Highly knowledgeable team, results oriented. I appreciate that I can get not only the ‘what’ but the ‘how and why’ as well. It makes all the difference and my functional strength has significantly improved. Mika is great, she knows when to push and when to pull back, and takes the time to explain the moves/proper form. She will help you find your glutes again!

The trainers are phenomenal and patient. I was not fit when I started the program and was the oldest person at the group training sessions although I had worked out when I was younger. The trainers gave me more attention at first. Soon I knew the names of the exercises and the correct form and started to see and feel positive changes in my body. My appearance, self confidence and energy level all improved. It was a great experience.The gym is all women, has an unbelievable amount of equipment, and is clean and attractive (a lot of pink). All of the women were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The cost of group sessions is reasonable compared to what private work out training sessions cost and the groups are small so you get individualized attention. I highly recommend becoming a Fitness Diva whether you are new at resistance training or already in excellent condition! the

I took small group classes at Atlanta Fitness Diva when I lived in the area and really enjoyed it. Very supportive and positive while pushing me to grow and meet my goals. I am not at all a natural athlete or someone who really excels with fitness, but I felt right at home here and realized I was much stronger than I thought. I moved out of state and have not found another gym like it, though I wish I could. I learned all kinds of techniques and internal drive to succeed that I still use to this day.

My 1st experience with group fitness was here with a fun diverse group of ladies, also committed to getting in shape. I was really challenged and easily exceeded all of my personal fitness goals. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming environment. I was able to take the knowledge I gained and build healthy habits on my own. I highly recommend Pam and her team. Any one of them are excellent!

I have been going to Atlanta Fitness Diva for 25 years!!!!!!! Pam and all the staff are amazing and make working out fun, meaningful, and just great. I can't seem to work out on my own, I even belong to a gym in my neighborhood. I need the guidance of Pam and her crew to be motivated and guided through a workout. Thanks for being there for me for a quarter century, Pam!!!!

I loved my time with Atlanta Fitness Diva working out with Pam and her team. I saw results. I always wanted a personal trainer and for me the small groups was the closest thing to it. I wish I could find a Personal Training Fitness Center like Atlanta Fitness Diva here in Dallas, TX.

Pamela and her team not only know what they are doing !!! they are also wonderful and I feel like at home each time I go there.I was very excited to start right away with them, however due to my history of weight gain after my Thyroid was removed due to Cancer, I was a little bit exceptional of losing a lot of weight because I have tried a lot of different trainers before.

I have been a client of Atlanta Fitness Diva for a couple of years and I have been taking the online classes since the shutdown back in March. Classes are great! The classes are as good as being there, in person! The trainers are creative and make sure there is variety, different levels of difficulty, and that different muscle groups are worked on throughout the week. Adjustments are made for the home environment - trainers will utilize chairs if you do not have a bench. Variations are given so that a client can use heavy weights, light weights, or no weights. Even though it is a small group class, the trainers will give options for injuries or weaker areas. Since there aren't any machines at home, there are exercises I have never done before. Good quality workouts that focus on form and safety!

I absolutely love this place. I have been a client here for more than five years. When COVID hit, I worried about how I would be able to maintain my fitness routine from home. Within a few weeks, Pam and her team had developed a series of live remote classes that feel as challenging and fun as the in-person classes I was used to. Although some people have now gone back to the gym, I can still take classes remotely, and I get the same individualized attention from the trainers through my laptop that I have always experienced at Atlanta Fitness Diva. I am grateful for their flexibility and creativity: their excellent fitness training has kept me sane throughout this crazy time.

I have to say, I went here for over a year and enjoyed the trainers. Pam was not often there but everyone else made up for it. This review is related to poor customer service. Once this COVID crisis began, I reached out to Pam to explain I am a healthcare provider and cannot come anymore as I risk carrying my exposures to her clients. She maintained the gym was clean. I believe her but the problem is me. I asked for a delay in payment as I was prepared to start back as soon as this was over. She would not ever give me a straight answer, but did keep $199 for a month I already stated FOR HER BENEFIT I would not attend. I sure would have liked to work out but it would not be right for me to risk spreading germs. I tried to reach out again and it was clear I was going to continue to be charged so I had no choice but to cancel. Pam never even responded to try to make things right. She did give me a story about how returning my money meant she would have to beg the landlord for help, etc etc. I get it, this is tough for everyone. I still feel it is wrong to take money from a first responder trying to protect a business from COVID. Long story to say, a loyal client was lost through this.
