“We had ordered tires online late last week & set an appointment for Monday morning (all online). When we got to the store, the tires hadn’t arrived yet. The guys called, found out when they were actually due to arrive (they had a window from Monday by 5pm- Tuesday by 5pm in their system) and then let me know exactly when they were expected. Called me when they arrived and then started working on the car as soon as I was able to arrive. They made sure the hiccup of ordering online wasn’t going to be a shrug the shoulders of they’ll get here when they get here and I greatly appreciated that extra step.”
