I just had a really positive experience at Verizon earlier today. I needed a new phone upgrade and I was expecting a hassle, but Will took great care of me. The whole process was seamless and quick.

For many years I visited the local company-owned Verizon dealership. It's like they went out of their way to be slow and unfriendly. Someone had mentioned the positive experience that they had had at the Verizon store on Saint Simons Island. So I came over to the store on Saint Simons. I am so glad I did! I worked with Chris and also a young man named will. They were both extremely professional and helpful. They spoke to everyone that came in and seem to genuinely care about everyone's phone issues. Initially I was only going to get my wife a new phone. But they were so kind and helpful I ended up getting a new phone myself. I highly recommend this store. And d that would be because of Chris and Will. I have become a fan. I teach customer service throughout the United States. I understand the importance of good customer service. Today it was outstanding. Thank you Chris and Will.

Super customer service from Chris.He provided everything we needed and helped us through the purchases we made.He’s extremely knowledgeable in his profession.He was pretty much operating the store single handily and made it look easy. . He’s a great representative for Verizon.
