Absolutely awful! My mail keeps getting returned to me for no reason!!!!!!!!!!!I had a call forward expire months ago and they still keep sending it to the wrong address!!!!!!!!Wake up!!!!!!!!

Had a qr code technology problem today instead of simply writing down a serial number refused and told me to come back another time (they can't help). Had to drive out of town to another post officesame issue with qr but who was glad to help and write down the serial number and take my packages to mail out on time. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Recently moved to the area and the clerks there were very friendly and helpful with a complicated forwarding of mail. Even filled out the forms for me. Very happy with my first experience at the St. Simon's Island post office!

I have the best mail lady ever! I received a update on tracking to a package I was waiting on. Delivered in/at mailbox. I was thrilled (this was a special Christmas gift for my boyfriend) however, that quickly turned to panic and disappointment when the package was not anywhere to be found. I looked on other streets thinking it got Delivered to the wrong house.While doing that I ran into my mail lady Brandy. I showed her the tracking info and she explained that it was delivered through a contracted company. She said she would look for it. She even called her boss to have the GPS tracked.She found my package and brought it to me after she got off work. She could have waited and brought it the next day. She knew I would worry all night so she brought it to me at 8 at night. She went out of her way and I'm very grateful she did! She's been our mail lady for years and we just love her. She even carries special treats for my picky spoiled puppy!

Most of the time, when I go to this Post Office, there is no long line, but this is 2020. Very clean and convenient. My last experience (yesterday) was very good. I wish a would've seen his name, but he was a middle aged man, tall, with glasses. He was accommodating and kind. I forgot to bring money inside and when I got to the counter said, "May I please have a book of stamps? Oh shoot, I forgot money, I will be right back." He didn't seem annoyed or mad. He was funny and very nice. I suggest this Post Office!

Expect long lines -- sometimes which reach the door. Even though this post office is under-staffed the USPS opened ANOTHER post office just a couple of miles away -- apparently the "trust babies" on Sea Island must have their own. Sad use of resources. If one has a box at this post office mail may not be loaded into the box until mid-day -- even when tracking shows it arrived at 0600 or so from Jacksonville. If you have an issue you will be talking to a supervisor -- which is fine. Unfortunately, my experience (several events) is that that supervisor will NEVER be able to resolve an issue. Here was have an example of a highly unionized workforce that is responsible to no one and which is supervised by people who are incompetent and/or just don't care. Really sad.
