I had my hair done yesterday for the first time at Tangles. Alexandra did my highlights and cut, and I am so happy with the result. She is skilled, thoughtful and detail-oriented. She untangled my hair very gently with her fingers (not with a comb or brush!) after the highlights, and I never felt my hair yanked out like I've felt at other salons. Alexandra was also very meticulous when applying the highlights, and my hair looks blended and natural and the color is just right. The hair cut is great too. She listens well and pays attention to every detail I can highly recommend Alexandra and this salon, and I'm saying goodbye to my other hair salon forever!
And I forgot to mention that my hair after the highlights is SO soft and healthy-looking - NOT the usual dry coarseness that I've experienced at other salons. Tangles uses lots of natural and nurturing ingredients, even in their coloring products, and that makes a difference!

Shout out to Rowdy! I've been getting so many complements since I've been letting him do "his thing". I was told that I look 10 years younger; I'll take it! It's very hard for me to find a hairdresser because I hate "wasting time" sitting in the chair. Rowdy is very intelligent and I love talking with him, so the time isn't wasted at all.

I saw Judy Crouch. I had never been to this salon and had never met Judy, but I’d seen good reviews for her. I have short hair which was far overgrown, so she’d have NO CLUE as to the way it should be. Not every hairdresser can cut a good short cut. No offense. I pretty much left it in her hands and I came out with the best haircut I’ve ever had!! I told her I needed easy care. Sometimes I let it air dry while other times I use a hairdryer. Sometimes I spike it other times not. Part is either way. I like feminine messy. I also have several cowlicks.SHE NAILED IT!!!Service: Haircut

So glad my neighbor referred me to Judy. She took her time. I let her take the wheel. I love my haircut. Also love the idea that you lie down when she washes your hair. How comfortable! Can't wait for the next appointment.

I was hesitant to get a haircut due to several factors. The stylists were extremely professional, socially distanced, wearing masks as well as patrons, and cleaned/sanitized everything before, during and after. The level of customer service and care that was taken was phenomenal!

Judy at Tangles the Hair Place has given me the best hairstyle of my life! Ordinarily I only feel really good about my hair when I spend tons of time styling it with hot tools. My last haircut from Judy has eliminated that and saved me so much time! All I need to do now is give it a rough blow dry. She took her time creating layers that frame my face perfectly and added fun and bouncy volume to my fine hair. Thank you, Judy!!!!

I walked in on a Tuesday morning to find the best service I could of asked for. Upon arriving i was greeted by a very friendly staff that told me they could get me in for a cut that minute, I was so delighted. One of the ladies working in had very short hair much like I was looking to do and I shortly after learned that the gentleman who cut her hair short was going to cut mine. He asked a ton of questions, showed me many pictures of other cuts he had done and really listened to what I wanted. After we were both on the same page he cut off about 11inches, it was a big change but I knew I was in the right hands. They even donated the hair for me!!!! I will never go anywhere else for cuts, I haven't had any color done but I know I'll be back for that soon!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, great service, people who really care and a beautiful environment to be in!!!! Not to mention a great price!!! Couldn't be happier :)
