Great options for all kinds of honey and honey products! I loved that they have several testers out to try before you buy. I’m pregnant so I couldn’t participate in the Meade tasting but it looked wonderful!

Boy oh boy do I love me some bees and Savannah Bee Co never disappoints when I need my honey fix! I honestly can’t rave about any one particular type of honey because they are all delicious. I will say my favorite is orange blossom honey which absolutely 100% truly is “sunshine in a jar.” I did a mead flight and had to walk out with a few bottles because the stuff is that good! If you’re on the island, do not hesitate to stop by Savannah Bee Co…you will not find a better place for all your honey needs! ?

It is a kick start summer tradition for us to come to St. Simons every year but we never noticed this shop until today. What caught my husband’s attention was the mead tasting sign. First impression of the shop was so clean and adorable. Second impression is the listed ingredients on their products. I have a autoimmune disease that I been using real raw honey to help suppress it so when I looked at the labels I was very excited. Anyway, back to the mead tasting. We got a list and chose the first level of mead tasting experience and we were both blown away. Every mead we tried had their own unique tastes that were so good it became hard for us to choose. Besides that the girl, who worked behind the counter on 05/26 in the afternoon, was so enjoyable! She walked us through each one and pointed out her favorite which easily became mine. We ended up with couple of bottles and cans. We’re sad we don’t live closer so we can have a easier access to the products but glad to see there is an online store we can order from. If you haven’t tried Savannah Bee, you really should! Totally worth the money and your time :)

Walking by and saw the sign for mead tasting, but boy, were we in for an experience!
The various amounts of products blew my mind, but better yet, was the service! I'm horrible with names, but the ladies working today were AMAZING! They took their time walking us through the various honey they had for sampling with excellent descriptions, you can tell they enjoy the products as well ! The mead tasting we went through was just the same and we ended up with a bottle to go! Can't wait to gift the items I got and make something with this honey. Thanks for an awesome experience! ?

This place is a little shop of honey heaven! An array of high quality products loaded with natural health benefits. I was also able to taste different honey flavors. The customer service was exceptional. Very warm, inviting, and extremely helpful. I’ll be back!

Fantastic store, great products. I love the cinnamon whipped honey and the pumpkin spice one. This was the first store we went in on our roadtrip, had to stop at their store in Savannah and Charleston as well. Gave some away as presents as well.

My girlfriend and I love Savannah Bee Company and for good reason! If you love honey, and I can't see how you couldn't, then you'll love this place. From honey to honey wine (mead) to skin care products and more, SBC offers such an immersive and refreshing experience you'll wonder why you haven't been already. Rather than being just another niche store, SBC is a place to learn about and enjoy the many applications of honey. On top of all that, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to participate in the community when the opportunity arises. I would dare say Savannah Bee Company is the bee's knees! ?

Thoroughly enjoyed our mead tasting. Ian was an excellent host and was very knowledgeable about all the meads we tried. I have some experience with mead-making on an amateur level so it was an interesting discussion. Had a couple of pours after the tasting on his recommendation and they were excellent.

We wandered into the Bee Company, unaware of the experience that awaited us. After we were dazzled by the free magical honey tastings of over 10 varieties, we were educated on the history of Meade! We walked out of there with Meade, Honey and memories.

The sales associate from this morning was awesome! She helped with the gifts I purchased and we had a great conversation about the ATL area what we don’t miss and the commute lol Love the store and all the different honey items. I will definitely start ordering some stuff from here??
