I was able to be serviced upon walk in. Perfect Timing! I received a nice pedicure with the agent offering a better color than what I initially picked. She was soft and thorough in her work. She was quick & accurate as well. The owner also fixed 2 nails that were splitting. The fix survived the weekend festivities. Next time visiting St. Simon, I’ll drop by if needed.

I give them 5 stars. The staff was great. They were busy when we arrived. But the wait was not long. The staff was friendly and very professional. Would definitely go again if and when I come back to St. Simons.

They were busy but able to do 3 pedicures right before closing time. Price was as expected, people were friendly and responsive.

Kim at Island nails NEVER let's me down! She is amazing! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I refuse to see anyone else for my nails. Very highly recommend island nails, also recommend you call and make an appt. These are today's nails! LOVE THEM!

I share Kay S's experience from Georgetown, Texas. Upon entering for a pedicure, when I sat in the chair, I was handed a menu card with only two options. Although I verbalized "basic" service, I was led to believe that the two choices on the card were my only options, so I opted for the cheaper one. However, upon reaching the front desk to settle the bill, I noticed the full menu board on the wall. It revealed three options, including the basic pedicure ($9 cheaper) as well as the spa options. Additionally, spa choices came with a complimentary beverage, which was not offered. These unethical business practices are unacceptable, and I certainly will not be returning.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The place was clean, that's something I look for. They had the most extensive inventory of nail polishes and SNS dips I've ever seen! The manicure was the best I've had and so was the pedicure. Both nail techs made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Island racial profiles and discriminated against me, because of the color of my sion. I went to this establishment with my biracial “passing” friend and my full Caucasian friend. There were other full Caucasian customers, 7 to be exact. Some who were fully serviced and simply waiting. They had not paid. However, Al before I was serviced I was asked to pay for my services in full. I was the only person asked to do this. I was also the only black customer. I read their posted policies and paying before services was not listed. However, it was only required of me! This was humiliating and unacceptable! I was treated differently because of the color of the skin. This establish is unacceptable.

Best pedi ever!! Snowbirding in St Simon's and needed a pedi. I have one nail that needs grinding and special attention. B was my technician and he hit it out of the park. That pesky nail looks normal now and my toes are so happy!!

Don't go here if you're on a time crunch or new. I had an appointment. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes just to get my nails done. I had color powder on and wanted a full set and they wanted to charge me for taking it off as part of the full set. They kept telling me what to get (SNS and gel polish) but I know what I get and wanted color powder. They took someone else like right before I got there so I had to wait for her to finish. The guy set up my nails to soak off. I sat with acetone on my nails for 40 minutes while she finished her other client. Finally we got to the new nail part. She did good with the shape, thickness, length, even asked me my name and told me hers. Until, she had another client come in. Once the acrylic was done she handed me off to the guy again so he could finish buffing and do my top coat because her other client seemed more important. I don't like being treated like I don't matter just because I'm new to a place or them thinking that my time doesn't matter. I won't be going back.
