Absolute garbage and a classic example of why lowest bidder government contracts are bad for the service and servicemembers.

They let my vehicle battery die while shipping my vehicle back from overseas. Additionally, I had to wait for them to jump the battery, only after I showed up after driving 4 hours. Furthermore, I received better customer service when I talked to the wall in their office. The DoD should seriously reevaluate the contract with this horrible company.

Just absolutely the worst customer service and service anyone could ever imagine dealing with. I cannot believe that this company still has military contracts- we are working to try and get them removed since they are truly the worst from dropping the car off to picking it up.

The staff at the Orlando location are very helpful, respectful, and professional. They made my PCS experience a lot easier for me. I appreciate their great service. To anyone shipping their POV with IAL in Orlando, you’re in good hands.

So I did a homeport shift and went to pick up my car and the rear power window was damaged. The top track of the window fell off and the only way ford can fix it is to replace the entire rear window. I gave them all tje documents they asked for as well as pictures. They told me that the window isn't broken and to go to a glass shop to get another estimate or they will not fix it. I don't get why I have to choose another place to fix my vehicle that I don't trust because they don't eat to fix wjat they broke. The agent Steve Spencer said this and seems like he is not willing to help at all. This is what happens when tje military chooses the lowest bidder. If i had a choice I would of never shipped my vehicle and just drove it myself.

This is what happens when the government selects the lowest bidder.Failed to provide me with my original exportation certificate. Atlanta VPC was useless in helping me find it, claiming they aren't the owner of the documents and left me to figure out how to find the document on my own. After calling multiple different companies on my paperwork, I finally reached IAL. To their credit, their customer service department handled my issue in less than 10 minutes. That said, they shouldn't have still had my original exportation certificate at their HQ, it should have been with all my other documentation when I picked up the vehicle.Oh and they caused $680 worth of damages to my car and offered me $220 to fix it. Still waiting on that claim.

Mildew in vehicle after storage during an overseas military tour... initial claim denied. Will continue to pursue compensation, but already incredibly disappointed.

Wish I could put zero. If you wish to get your car damaged and not get properly compensated for the damages this is the company for you. Got quotes for $900 worth of damage got offered $40. Claims department is very rude and wish I didn't use this company.
