The store associate was very friendly and nice. I needed a last minute dress for Easter Sunday. I was able to find it here. It was greatly priced and very cute. Several cute clothes in store and for a good price. Most of the things I found to be cute had my size as well. A lot of accessories there too.

they had almost nothing in my size and everything looked straight out of Candy Land with all the bright colours, which is not MY style. also basically everything was $50+. including the only shirt I liked I'm not made of money guys? recommend if you are willing to spend money and like bright poofy clothes
also have some cute stickers, jewelry and bags

Honestly for me, it can be a hit or miss. Although I went there a couple days ago, and I found some really unique clothes! Def depends on when you go to shop, but the service was great, and I'll be coming back!

I like the styles that shop hopes has. They have some beautiful pieces. Except they're over priced. Not worth it. Everything is 35$ and up. Some of the clothes I have purchased seemed cheaply made. They don't refund your money, you have to spend it again with them and you have to pay for shipping if you want to return the item. There are similar stores like Windsor store that sells pretty clothes and are very affordable.

I’ve shopped this store online and decided to stop by the actual store while at St. Simons and they didn’t have hardly any clothes, it was a huge disappointment and waste of time.

Buyer beware: Items ordered during limited edition launches are not guaranteed and not processed by who ordered first. I bought a pair of shoes during the Ashlyn x ShopHopes launch online 1/29/2021. I ordered within the first minute and received a confirmation email 3 minutes after it launched. The shoes sold out shortly after but were restocked multiple times that same day. I emailed them 2/5 since I hadn't received a shipping notification and they responded saying that they had a lot of orders to process and created a shipping label for me. On 2/11 I received an email saying that there was an "error in inventory" and they do not have the shoes in stock to give to me. I talked to customer service on the live chat and was told that they had no explanation as to what happened and that their best guess was that larger orders were prioritized over smaller orders as I only purchased the shoes. They said that it must've been an error in the amount of shoes they ordered in the restock, even though they gave the shoes to someone who ordered in the restock over me, who ordered in the first minute. Although I thought the customer service was quick at responding and relatively helpful, I am extremely disappointed in how the launch was handled. This is the second time they've collabed with Ashlyn and I've already seen someone else complaining that this happened to them for a different item during this launch. Looks like they are all-around not prepared and completely disorganized for collaborations and limited edition launches. This was my first time purchasing, so I can't speak on their normal stock, but I do not plan on purchasing from this site again unless they restock my item.

I LOVE their customer service. I LOVE a lot of their clothing, shoes and accessories. I purchase from here quite often and every single time my order has arrived ASAP. They are on top of their A game when it comes to shipping. My only complaints are photo filters and some pricing. I have received a few items that were NOT the same color as shown on their IG, FB and website. They can sometimes over process their photos. I had to message them via IG before going forth with a purchase I almost made about a couple of weeks back. They sent me a photo of the color up close. It was way lighter and less "rust orange" than what I saw online. I immediately asked for a refund and they had no issue doing so. Some of their tank tops, basic tops and a majority of their jewelry and belts are seriously overpriced!! I can't believe they are charging $30 for a pair of F21 $5 earrings. I completely understand about "making a profit," but good gosh that is a lot for cheap looking jewelry! I don't mind spending the $ but when the item feels cheap and turns colors after so long, I am definitely not going to pay out that amount when I can buy the same thing at F21 for wayyyy less. No offense. Another complaint is not getting points for ordering over the phone. I spent $40 and didn't receive a single point for it. I was told by 2 employees that I would receive them once my order ships but when I messaged them on IG it was a totally different story. Never doing that again! But- aside from all of that they are also really good about giving you a refund if something happens. Not once has any of their staff been rude or unfair. I really do love shopping here. I just avoid purchasing what I think is a rip off. This place is pretty amazing and I'll continue to shop here for as long as I'm able to.

I have loved Hope's for years. I loved that I could purchase both top and bottom (and maybe even shoes) for about $100. However, recently they've inflated their pricing and am lucky to walk out under $150 for a whole outfit. I loved their unique clothing and even came to accommodate my sizes to their scale (dresses are usually the only thing I have found that are usually true to size). I have found boutiques closer to me with lower pricing. I also use to love seeing new items daily versus every couple days. It was daily surprises and I loved it. I will still buy dresses once in a while, but in my opinion, they really need to re-think their business plan.

I received a dress from this company that was damp and had a strong mildew smell on it. I returned the dress (Unworn due to the mildew smell from their warehouse and tags still attached) and was told they could not process the return and I would have to pay the $6 return shipping fee. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend buying from this company at all.

I have been shopping on the Shop Hopes website for about 7 years. I used to check their website daily as they always had the cutest stuff, and if you didn't jump on it fast enough it was gone! Over the past 2 years, I have barely liked anything. But I have still been holding out faith maybe it was just a bad set of buyers or something. I ordered a few pieces and have sent 95% of them back. First, the photos are so edited that the colors are not the same in person. Second, they never fit well - always awkward fitting and unflattering, cheap material. Way too expensive for Forever 21 quality. Hope's needs to check out Lulus.com. They have quality, trendy, well fitting items at reasonable prices. I never send anything back!
