It cost more in gas than the savings I received. But the staff is always helpful here. And I wish waycross would have more items. 2 hrs each way.”
“Great Customer Service and friendly ! Had to get a brand new CARKEY (KeyStart). Wasn't in stock but ordered it and it was there in a few days. It took about 30-45 min to program it. The best thing is it cost me about $ 95 +tax. If you go to a car dealership you pay way more to get done.”

“We visited on the weekend of February 2nd.The Maxwell general store has been good every time I went over there. They have a good selection of gifts, supplies, and more.I see that they stopped selling live hermit crabs. That's great, because that was bad treatment.Overall, a nice clean shop.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Hanna O’Neal for our lighting and plumbing for our new construction home. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different companies that Whitestar carries. She was very patient with us for after three visits, we made several changes. When certain “ likes” exceeded our budget she was able to find nice alternatives that were close to our original choices that were more budget friendly. I highly recommend asking for Hanna to help you with your lighting and plumbing needs when visiting White Star. Also, this store has many beautiful choices on display so you can see what you are buying but lots of other companies’ products represented in catalogs.”

“According to my husband this is the men's store (with Lowes being the women's store). He elaborated by saying people leave you alone in Home Depot but you can always find an employee when you need one. This location has never let us down. It seems like all the home improvement places have bad reviews but I'm not sure what people are expecting. Well organized, easy checkout and 10% off for veterans. And guess who had the grill we wanted, not Lowes. Overall, never a bad experience. Just remember this location is always busy.”
