We recently bought a tv and sound system. The service and support we have received is phenomenal! The service technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. H&H was able to install our system in a timely manner and were very prompt in helping us with an issue. Anyone can sell you a tv but it’s the service after the sale that makes all the difference.

Darrell was here this morning to look at an old Thermador range that had a problem with the "downdraft" hood. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we'll see if we can get repair parts.Darrell was fantastic! Old school experience like you can't find any more! I couldn't recommend Darrell and H&H more highly.

I watched an H&H truck run two stop signs then head on the causeway with paper and styrofoam blowing out of the back of the truck all over the roadway! Good Job !

We purchased a television from H & H , and it was delivered this morning exactly on time. The 2 gentlemen ( John and Brad ) were very efficient and friendly. It was quite a large television, and took considerable effort to get positioned where we wanted it. It looks very good in the space. All was explained in detail , and they told us to contact H & H if there was a problem. The salesperson at H & H (David) offered to come look at the place where we wanted our new tv to be. Note: H & H do charge to install the television and we have not received that bill yet. Hopefully we will not be shocked ( !) As for the sales and installation, we thought that the experience was worth 5 stars.

H&H were fabulous. I needed a TV moved from living room to a bedroom yesterday and a tech showed up within 10 minutes and completed job in less than half hour. Kudos to Kim for fast and courteous service. Well done ?

A+. Took our old washer, replaced it quickly. Easy to schedule...no hassle. What a relief that was...3 kids and a broken washer do not go well together! :-) Thankful for H&H!!!

Deciding on local vendor, purchased TV in July 2020. Within few weeks started having problems not being able to have tv connect to WI-FI. Tried resetting modem & problem continued. Called & scheduled tech visit. After explaining problem, he unplugged tv & said that would reset it. Started having same problem again In October. Sent payment for service call with note that problem was still ongoing. Today received call and was told to call Sony support since tv was still under warranty. I chose local vendor because I thought if there were any issues, they would resolve. Nope, they said call or use manufacturer on-line chat for resolution. Wish they had told me at time of purchase they wouldn’t fix issues—might as well have gone to Target or Wal-Mart. Oh well, lesson learned, using local vendor doesn’t guarantee satisfied customer.

I just want everyone to know what a wonderful experience I had yesterday dealing with H&H Lifestyle’s and Mr Jeff Grenade. We had a service issue that a former employee of H&H couldn’t get resolved for some reason with a washing machine we bought there. I had asked Jeff Granada to have someone come take a look to see why the machine was having still giving us problems in getting both amounts and temperature correctly from our water supply. Their store employed technician discovered that the cold and hot water connections were installed backwards at the factory. He quickly swapped the electric connectors to the proper posts which solved the problem immediately. Great and prompt customer service. Then day before yesterday we received a bill for the service call. I felt it was probably sent by mistake. Regardless I went back to see Jeff and when he saw their invoice for the service call knowing the manufacturer was at fault, he immediately wrote a store credit for the service call. That goes a long way with us and speaks volumes as to H&H Lifestyle being such a valuable merchant in our community. Many appliance stores would tell you they had to contact the manufacturer and get back to you. Jeff’s decision was prompt , professional, and quite honestly above my expectations. We will share this experience with other and both of us give H&H five stars, our thanks, and our future business. George Small
