“We've used this Aaron's a few times for the most part they're decent people we did have an issue at one time that was not resolved and it was made to be one of my husband's fault with one an appliance that we received from them there was a dent in it we let them know there was a dent in it and they pretty much made it like it was our fault other than that they're pretty good”
“Had a really positive customer service experience on one trip buying a gift card for my son's fitness teacher. Second trip was for a sale on Jurassic World toys. Online said 3 and 9 in stock for the items I wanted. I had an in-store only coupon that the website would not allow me to apply for in-store pick up, so had to just rely on inventory and visit the store. Got there to find shelves cleaned out. Asked about items. Associate checked in back. Found one, not the other. I understand inventory can have a delay in updating but when it says 9 items, it should be there. Associate didn't really care, didn't try to help further by checking again or elsewhere. Seemed to me, that stock was somewhere in the store. Good news was slacking associates means they put wrong sale tags on things, and sorting through the mess I found a $19 dino priced at $3.50, took a photo of display and the cashier honored it. So that's the upside of disorganized Target sales!”
“This rating is SPECIFICALLY for Shawn!!!!! He was a breath of fresh air. I was having an unpleasant interaction with another Rep and Shawn walked up asked for my phone and corrected the error in less than 3 min. I am beyond thankful that he took the time to intervene despite the lack of helpfulness from his colleague!! Forever Thankful!! Satisfied Customer thanks to him.”

“Really what's not to love about target?? Great shopping (so much variety), good prices, clean & great service. Plus i love the app (cartwheel) for additional discounts on top of my RED credit card. Dangerous because i will go in for 2 things & come out with 15”
