“The staff was polite. Car was clean. Had to leave after bringing car back to go top off the tank, even though it was above the FULL fuel line and I did not top it off after approximately 7-10 miles of use. But it was only a 20 minute delay to go to the nearby Race Trac and put the $3 fuel in it to not get charged $14 by Hertz. Frustrating yea, but I get it. Will rent again.”

“I had rented a car from Avis in Winter Haven Fl to drive to my grand baby birthday on 8/10/24. When we got on the interstate the truck was shimming bad and was pulling to the left. We had left to early to take it back so we drove on to Brunswick where we realized there was front end problems and front drivers tire was about to blow. Went to Golden Isles Airport to the Avis location and they were awesome! Rob the manager is outstanding and was so kind and helped me thru the process of getting me in a safe car to drive home. Rob will never know how much it meant to me in that stressful time for him to be so understanding. The other staff there was awesome also. They all were so kind and caring and got me into a safe car so I could go on to the party and then get home! Thank you Rob and your staff for everything!”

“I secured a rental vehicle online a few weeks before the trip. I noticed my flight from Atlanta to Brunswick was going to land after Budget Car rental hours. I called them directly and was assured a rental car agent would stick around so that I can get my rental vehicle.Well I finally land and was about 15-20 minutes late. I get to the counter and the counter security gate was down and the lights were off! Well after traveling from Cali to GA I was tired and annoyed.Thank god Robert was next door!! Robert helped me secure my vehicle with a smile and extreme professionalism! Robert gave text book customer service! long story short, I got my rental vehicle and was able to conduct business as usual!Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and friendly spirit Robert!
