Billy is such a nice woman and the place is absolutely peaceful. No one bothers you while you’re doing your thing. Pathways are clean and free of most debris. Every time I’ve been would be nicer if the hot tub is open more often but the pool is clean as well, I’ve been there multiple times. So nice to have someplace to be absolutely naked that is so close. I wish they would allow me to show the photos.

I like this place. Not a lot of traffic but the space is wonderful. I came to enjoy being nude outdoors and that is what I got. I enjoyed the trails for sure. In my two day visit, I hiked probably 7-8 miles, all without clothes. Some trails need to be “found” and need a little maintenance but that does not bother me. I brought my gps and think there are about 5-6 miles of unique trails. I wish it had been a little warmer so I could have taken a swim in the swimming hole.I think it is not a traditional clothes optional resort. Billie acknowledges that. What it is is a great place for the naturist. It you like being nude and hiking about, and have a sense of adventure, this is your place.I tent camped. Bathhouse is clean. Pool did have debris but I stuck my toes in and decided it was too cold (early November). Still nice to lounge in the sun by the pool. My only regret is not trying this sooner. I will be coming back.

I just got back from a weekend tent camping there. Billie, Roy and Julie were all very friendly. The campgrounds are well maintained. I was surprised at how clean the bathroom and toilet was. The pool was cleaner than mine.Any issues I may have had were on me.

My husband and I wanted a new adventure and day escape and decided to try this out. It was amazing relaxing and a totally different but exciting experience. Everyone we spoke with was respectful and welcoming. We will definitely be going back again. Thanks so much to our host ?.

Cost of staying far exceeds value for what you get in return.

Love going to hidden river! The secluded location is perfect for relaxing in nature. There are plenty of hiking trails, and the pool is clean, and inviting. Looking forward to camping there.

Two stars because the pool was clean and the only thing that lived up to the hype.We had wanted to come here for years, and did so finally, for my husband's birthday. We booked for Sat 10/16/21 for a tent site. Tent site means no means of heating food without a campfire. We were outright forbidden to use the serviceable fire pit we had brought along for our site. We were heavily discouraged from using the campground fire pit, and although cut wood was stacked, we were told to cut our own wood out of the forest deadwood. We only wanted to heat up two foil packets of food and would have used maybe one 1 ft length of wood for that. it seemed weird but since we had brought along ready made food for one night, we let it go.Things we cannot let go of:- the owner chains the access drive to the campground and to her property in general, had we wanted to leave to pick up dinner, we would not have been able to. This is not mentioned until after money changed hands.- she advertises 84 acres on her resort, it looks like she uses maybe 3or 4 and all the campers are packed together in that space. Not a resort vibe, but felt very much like camping in someone else's backyard.- trails to the river are not maintained and you should really take a compass, because her signs are not enough to navigate by- it's a naturist resort but Billie the owner drives by in a golf cart all day in clothes, which was bothersome. Walk the walk if you talk the talk.- this doesn't even include the Sat night kegger her neighbor threw until 4:30am on 10/17, the kennel located nearby with what sounded like 15-20 dogs, the fireworks, or the highway and train sounds which carry very clearly. If I had not seen trees, I would think I was back in my west Jacksonville backyard from the sounds.- in general, Billie acts very much as if she doesn't actually like the people coming to stay with her. We were hoping to come enjoy the grounds, meet a new friend, and possibly ask for membership. We left vowing to never come back.Just wanted people to know what we found there.
