“4/2024. I love visiting this old fashioned vegetable stand. It's spring so they are also selling plants and flower baskets. This time I was able to snag onions”

“I stopped here to stock up on soft drinks, snacks and bottled water for my hotel room while visiting in Georgia. I really like Ingles stores and always get that "Down Home" feeling when I stop here. I live in Coastal North Carolina now and wish they had Ingles stores there!”

“Love that we have this great little grocery store in Fairmount. Great staff, great selection, great hours. Their meat counter is so fresh, their is a real butcher (unlike Walmart, I think their meat comes from China). IGA has the 5 for $19.99 meats all the time. Great deals.”

“The White, Ga location is the best in this area. They seem to have more items in stock than others (except paper towels, which I know are in high demand).I think they need to have a few more staff in the store especially during peak afternoon hours. I think the young man I see working in the afternoons is Branden and he is *always* busy, busting his butt trying to get stuff done and take care of customers. The clothes aisle is in disarray a lot. They could remove it entirely or offer less items and still do a lot of business.”

“This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.”

“Always have the place nicer looking/cleaner than all other DG’s, what I need is usually in stock, managers go above and beyond to make sure everything as far as customer service is taken care of.”

“The store is kept generally clean and stock is regularly replaced. There is a wide variety compared to other DGs in surrounding towns most likely because it is a newer model store. Only 4 stars because sometimes the 2 checkouts are only manned by 1 clerk and the lines can back into the isles with short shopping runs turning into waiting for the Cyclone at Six-Flags.”

“The employees are really nice there's great customer service but the store is unorganized and very messy compared to the other Dollar generals in my area. Especially in the aisle with the clothing. Other than that I'm usually satisfied with my visits.”

“I normally wouldn't review a grocery store but this is a very high quality Ingles! I live in Kennesaw so I don't usually do any shopping in Cartersville but let me just say I'm jealous. The prepared foods, nut section, deli, and bakery here are very impressive and the prices are affordable. I came in for the Starbucks and ended up buying a couple things and eating lunch here, lol. The bathroom was clean too which is another plus.”

“Brad was so helpful he helped me with getting water out of the basket and Margo was the sweetest cashier. They both made today a pleasant experience, I was frustrated by the prices going up but they were so helpful I was happy and less frustrated. 10/10”

“Huge clean store. Amazing selection of products. Never really been Ingels fan, but had to find strawberries after Thanksgiving, and I went in. I really did not have time to compare prices with Kroger but if I lived in Cartersville, I would most likely use this store. Cashier Katie and the Bagger boy, Brandon, both were were very friendly and professional.”

“This Wal-Mart location is very familiar to me. They have improved a lot since I started shopping here four years ago. They have finally upgraded the self-service checkout registers, so I don't need attendat to help me every time I cash out.I noticed that several sections had been rearranged and lookednicer. This Wal-Mart carries pretty mucheverything that a person needs.Usually the staff is very helpful too.”

“So often when you read reviews you will find gripes and complaints abound. While I have a few "corrections" I would suggest to this store, as a new resident in Cartersville, I would say overall this is a nice store. Located at the end of a Shopping center, this is a large Supercenter. First a little about me. I am a full time wheelchair user. I drive and do most things on my own. For heavier things I need a little assistance and that was the case today. I approached the Customer Service Center and of course forgetting this was three days before Christmas, there was a line. The personnel at the counter never faltered in the way they treated customers in the line, even though I know they get frustrated this time of year. I advised the lady of my situation, needing to return a shelf. She immediately found me someone to go to the car and retrieve the shelf for me. She inspected and returned the broken item and gave me a gift card for the cost of the item as I had to make additional purchases in the store. I went to the home dept and got a new shelf and an additional two large items located. I mentioned to an employee that I wanted to make that purchase and she went and got a cart and followed me to the department. She loaded the items and accompanied me to the registers where she got a cashier to check me out without waiting in line and took the three heavier items to my car. Once they were loaded I went back in and did my regular shopping. As a handicapped individual, its very appreciative to receive this sort of service. Now for the one drawback to this location. While I fully understand the substantial cost savings that "self check" registers provide for a company, there is no need to have 20 of these and 2 live cashiers during the busiest portion of the day. If the customer is going to do the job of the cashier perhaps there should be a discount, since we are checking and bagging the goods we are purchasing. Just something to think about Wal-Mart.”
