Amazing experience at Tri-County Chevrolet! Everyone was extremely accommodating and made the process so easy. I never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. Will, the salesman who helped me, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones (lol), with patience and honesty. The manager (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember!) was also fantastic and worked with us to secure a great deal. Michael, the F&I consultant, was equally helpful, patiently guiding us through the paperwork step by step. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and never pressured, and I highly recommend Tri-County Chevrolet for a lovely car-buying experience!!

We traded in our 2019 Ram for a 2023 Ram. The salesman, Larry, was great. He was respectful and didn't force a sale as other salesman do. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Michael was just as professional and made the paperwork process go smoothly. We had a good experience. I will follow up in a few weeks with a review about the truck that we purchased.

Rude, took twice to get issue fixed. I will never do business with them again. Their service manager was very argumentative and talked down to me. He should not be in a management position. If that dealership wants to stay open they will make a lot of changes. Brought two trucks and had to bring them back twice to get fixed with nothing but attitude from the staff. Will never use this dealership again.

Trey was phenomenal. He went through everything that needed to be done to fix my car. Always made sure that I wanted them to proceed. Was upfront with cost before the work got started. They had it completely fixed in about a week (major repair). Will be back for scheduled maintenance.

Tri County Chevy made my out of state buying experience an enjoyable one. My sales professional Lee was fantastic. Kind, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. Michael in finance was also great with his thoroughness and patience. I plan to have my dream truck for quite some time but I would not hesitate to make the drive and purchase another vehicle from them.

I've only dealt with the service department but the experience is definitely worthy of a review. I have a GMC Canyon diesel that gave my dad a fit until he passed and I ended up with it. It was always going into limp mode etc and no where could ever figure it out. Tried several dealerships but only ended up spending money with nothing ever changing. Not only did they actually fix the issue, I didn't have a spare vehicle. They drove me home after I dropped off my truck and came to pick me up when it was fixed. Trey and all the service department knocked it out of the park!

I have to give a big shout out to Tri County Chevrolet. We had a issue with our Silverado and have to have radiator replaced. A week later thermostat went bad . Tri County got it right back in the shop and fixed it under warranty no questions ask and gave my girlfriend a ride to Hartwell so she didn't have to wait and even called and offered to come pick her up to bring her back to her truck. To me that is the way customer service should be. Thanks Tri County Chevrolet
