I used to got this car wash when the original owner built it, but after that I didn't go any longer as the prices were too high. I routinely wash my car but today is a cold day so I thought about going to this car wash, but lucky I decided to check their reviews and boy, I'm staying clear away from this place. Thanks for all who reviewed this business, you saved me.

Hands down best car wash in a 100 mile radius. I have a pressure washer at home, but would rather spend my money here. It's not sketch, even at night. Keep up the good work!

Worse customer service skills that I have ever experienced.When I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint about the way that I have been treated for the second time by the same individual.The cashier told that the individual I wanted to talk to a manager about,was actually the manager.This manager is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever encountered and really makes your business look bad.

This was my go to spot for a hand wash. However, it looks like they've raised their prices and have new management or new crew of workers and I wasn't so impressed with the service this time. I might give them another chance... who knows

This car wash this past Sunday damaged my vehicle they did a so called incident report and said the owner would call and he did not. I called to speak with the owner he would not come to the phone he had some other guy give me a bunch of excuses why they are not responsible. My car is always prestine and they are treating me like I drove a beater to his car wash. Take your car elsewhere.

Photo of new car before they damaged the grill and banner with chemicals, and after. Refused to take responsibility even tho the photo shows the car was in perfect condition before they ruined the front. Btw, the before photo is from THEIR VIDEO showing the damage wasn't there before my car was washed. Pathetic excuse for a business.

Paid $43.00 for their premium hand car wash and wax... The gift left yellow bugs all over my front bumper all over the back of the mirrors.. usually I would have thought before I left but I missed it this time. Account smoke with him no I couldn't bring it back because I had a wedding to get to in Florida I told her I'd see her once he got back no problem we promise we'll make it right.. it would be laughable but it's so pathetic!!! I go by today. I had it in mind fo ask for a Discounted price On a Simple Wash.. They acted like I was a liar because the girl didn't write anything down. In spot of all this I kept my cool remain professional didn't accuse anyone of anything but what a manager said I got nothing for you walked away. WOW I have never seen such Poor Customer Service. NEVER Again and as a Past Customer who once was a satisfied.

Just to be simple and blunt, David M. Is a f****** douchbag, a low life who needs to be in prison and then deported. He is a rude MOFO who has no respect for customers. This place has done shitty car cleaning, yet when complained, This a****** will take it out on you and calling you names. Well, David darling, payback is a b**** isn't it?I encourage everyone to stay away from this place and let it rot, like David's face and attitude.

I was fortunate to go just after they opened one weekday morning, and my car was in bad shape. I haven't had it detailed in years - I know, I know...I must do better! - but I was the only car there and they were able to have all 4 employees work on it and complete the job in a little over an hour. I went over it with a fine-toothed comb, but it was immaculate. Now, I only have a little Honda Civic, and I keep it clean. But not "detailed". The difference is amazing!

My friend just had the rear view mirror of his gorgeous Corvette broken off here. The owners didn't accept any responsibility. He has been a long time patron and referred many other people to this business. This is a shame and it's not right. My friend posted about it on Facebook and some of the replies on his post are concerning as well, and are as follows: They scratched my Mercedes 2 weeks after I bought it! Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home b/c it was on the passenger side, so I didn't confront them. In retrospect it seemed like they knew it & were trying to hide it by the way they pulled the car out & parked it on the very end, so I never saw the passenger side. I never went back. I've been going there for years. The service sucks now. They just charged me $10 extra day before yesterday because I had too many bugs on my grill of the truck. What? Never before. And one of the smart a** associates said "prices going up as well"! I'll be going elsewhere for sure. Sorry about your mirror They wrecked my husbands new truck about 9 years ago and we had to take them to court to get it fixed.. ran the whole side of the truck down the wall They stole a camera from our car that we forgot was in there. Use your lawyer buddies. Never went back and always advised folks not to if they asked about car washes.

These guys did an awesome job with my car my car was so filthy I hadn't had it professionally washed and over three years they scrub my car they got so much dirt off my car I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back again I love the service that they provide it for me and they did such a great job on my vehicle making it look 10 times better so definitely a five-star experience

Another great experience at Soap Hand Car Wash! My new car was loaded with dry grass and dirt and the guys got every bit of it up! Everyone was friendly and attentive to detail
