I have been a customer for 10 years. I have direct deposit, a line of credit, never overdraft. Yet they placed part of my taxes from the IRS on hold for 9 business days. WTH, I was so upset. My history alone and having many options for banking I stayed with them. When you call cs they tell you that only the branch can release the hold. Having been a previous banking employee I know for a fact that it’s the branch discretion on how long to place a hold. From 1-10 days. So why my check for 9 business days, so that means almost two weeks. So yes I’m frustrated.

My bankers are very very professional in what they do and I would definetely recommend this company to apply in to open accounts with. 5 stars and more. The staff is very awesome.

This is the most unkindly bank the nation has in place. The customer service when you call the main number is horrible. They shift your money without your permission. They don’t care about the customer unless you have Millions of dollars. This is a second chance bank with a ghetto attitude!!! The people over the phone talk too fast, make sighing noises while you talk to them and they have a smart mouth and they don’t listen! It’s like talking to fast food drive through! The poorest service!!!! And they even can get your account mixed up. I do not recommend this bank!!!

Most terrible bank to ever bank with. I advise everyone to bank with someone else. I don’t even know why I trusted a bank inside WALMART! They never answer the phone no matter how many times you call they have automatic withdrawal limits that you can’t take off. Just terrible bank ever please if you’re reading this please please go with someone else. Like chase Wells Fargo, PNC bank, just anywhere else.

This location is awful when it comes to answering the phone for customers. No one ever picks up. I have called several times within the same week and no one answers. I don’t understand what are the working doing so hard that they cannot answer the phone. It makes me really want to close all my accounts with Woodforest, because what’s the point it you can’t reach anyone at the exact location where you’ve opened your account during a time when you’re in need of customer service.

I have to be honest. It’s very hard getting someone on the phone at this location. Now one answers the phone no matter how many times you call throughout the day on a daily basis they will not answer. Even if you decide to go inside this location personally, the customer service wouldn’t make a difference.

Kevin Schfielld is the worst associate that I ever encountered, he called me out my name several times and did not want to apologize for him making a mistake, i think I’m going to move my money out of this bank! I don’t need to be treated in such a way. His customer service skills suck, don’t waste your time dealing with this place.

I had a great experience with Tyler Martin at the Roswell branch! He was kind, patient and just an overall joy to deal with as I opened my business account. You can tell he enjoys working with people and he was thorough with his explanation about the fees. If you are a small business owner, definitely consider opening up an account with Woodforest National Bank!
