Charged me twice for fries and then sold me a burger with fuzz on it. They refused to provide a refund, and tried to gaslight me into paying extra for the food. The charge cannot be disputed since it is both a debit transaction and processing, according to my bank. I go to return the sandwich in person, and am further gaslit and lied to.

My 3-star review is the average of two experiences I had at this location recently: 1 star for the way Leo, one of the """managers""" working the night shift, handled an order put in through the Wendy's app, and 5 stars for the way Ana Marie, the head manager, resolved the issue the next day.I will not be coming back to this Wendy's ever again because of Leo. Instead of trying to find a solution to a very minor issue with my order, he felt the need to """flex""" his position and leave me dissatisfied with the way everything went down.Long story short, his main reason for not resolving the issue with one of the hamburgers was because of "cutting costs." He then said if I wanted a refund, after I requested one, I would have to come in the next day with the food and speak to the manager on duty. He wouldn't even give that manager's name. So I came in the next day with the food, spoke to the manager and explained what had happened, and was issued a refund.So congratulations Leo! You caused your location to lose over $20 instead of fixing a hamburger for a much cheaper cost, AND you lost all of my future orders/transactions which will total up to a lot more than, again, what it would've cost you to fix the issue I had when you instead decided to act like a rude and condescending pr*ck.I would highly suggest to everybody to save your time by avoiding this location altogether and visiting the location on Mansell road instead.

I really like Wendy'sVery consistent on the food flavor and freshly products. I visited many locations in different states.Unfortunately this time was the worst experience for far in costumer service and just ordered @ the drive thru window. I can't think abhow bad must be inside the restaurant. SaidThe sad part is that use to be a clean and friendly location a worstmo part is that the rudeness and disrespect come from the manager "Maria" that's what the name she said. when I asked to another employee for her name, She comeback to the window and said My name is Maria and that is all you need to know! She Closed the window and walked away. Only because I don't know the exact name of the meal the I want for my 87 years old Granny my her for suggestions.She Directed me to first window .( Just come to the window you don't know how to order or read everything is on the bord and some more stuff she said. I feel terriblel about my ignorance. I really need Wendy's for dummies crash course before Trying to use ( Wendy's drive againWell I Try ! IDID TRY to understand what just happened, I asked if she was ok having a bad day or something I can help YOU. Oask for you HELP smallest hamburger with bacon for my grandma

This place is terrible. Order a mobile order for dine in and inside is closed and locked. Worker gives me an attitude telling me to drive around. My car is at the Tesla charger so I can’t drive around. Like he can’t bring the order to the door.

The lady when ordering my food did not get my order correct. I ordered two HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN BISCUITS. Not two honey butter biscuits. When I called the restaurant, no one answered the phone. Worst service ever.

??Sad experience in this place with Mr. Martín because he does not know what customer service means, he is a person with 0 professionalism, I really do not understand how Wendy's can give him the position of manager when he does not know how to treat people:1.Leave the customer alone when you are placing an order.2. Treating new employees who are in practice poorly, especially when they are minors.3.You speak to him in English and just because you look Hispanic he continues speaking to you in Spanish.I would like Wendy’s Corporation can ask those who work with this Mr. Martín and I bet that more than one would agree with me.I hope Wendy's corporation can read this comment and do what it deserves with Mr. Martín.

I only ordered French fries. It took 10 minutes and there were fries in the bins and no line at the register. Someone walked in after me and got their entire meal before I got served.

Inconsistent with the quality. Always upgrades my meal to large without asking when I order drive thru. They do it after I’m done ordering and start driving off so it’s too late to fix
