I've been coming to this branch for many years and the excellent people who were here when I first came are now long gone, replaced with no one useful.
I rented a safe deposit box at this branch. First time I went by to put some papers in it, I had to wait almost an hour for access.
I hoped the long wait was an aberration, but it was not.
Today I took my wife over to get her access to the box.
Three bankers were "busy" with other customers. After 15 minutes, one of them wrapped up their customer and came out.
We were told it was 4:20pm (they close at 5pm) and there was no way they could add my wife to the access list before they closed.
What?!?
We were told to make an appointment, come back some other day ( taking yet more away time from our full time jobs ) and to allow 30 minutes for the visit!
The level of disrespect for our time and our value as a long term WF customer is hard to fathom.
I can't tell whether WF policies are the problem or if this branch truly has just gone to the dogs, but I can say I'm actively looking for a bank that will respect and value me as a customer.

Local bankers in branch are powerless and useless when it comes to advocating on behalf of customers to corporate overlords. Someone in corporate froze a small domestic wire transfer which also froze a real estate transaction. After almost two weeks, WF is refusing to post the wire and refusing to return to sender pending their 'investigation'. Zero notice or reason given. Local branch is useless while both parties are missing the money. Looks like a lawsuit is needed.

Appointments with bankers apparently don't mean much to this bank. Not sure why they book appointments so close together if they can't honor them. The banking industry has really gone downhill.

This is my favorite bank branch of all the banks. My job has me going to many banks and multiple branches during the week, and this one is always the most friendly and helpful. It is always a relief when I pull in or walk in here. Thank you all for so many great experiences and for making my work day so much easier.

UPDATE: I was sent an "annonymous" survey about my experience at this location, only to be called by someone at the branch. How is that annonymous? I'm leaving WF as soon as possible.This could put some folks in danger because the branch knows who completed the survey and they have all of your personal information such as an address, account number, etc. in the event an employee is vengeful.Was there today, and a transaction that I have completed numerous times at the SAME LOCATION, in the same way, seemed to be problematic today. I was asked for information not needed to make a deposit as they had my driver's license and my deposit slip with my account number, signature on my license, etc. Why do you need the last 4 numbers of my social security number to make a deposit when you have all of this information? My transaction (again, that I have completed numerous time as THIS SAME LOCATION) was not completed.

Though I have been a client for over 25 years; and though I have several business and personal accounts, WF chose to close three business accounts bc of lack of paperwork which I thought was handled AT THE BRANCH after having made an appointment!Closed! Shutdown! Checks being returned!They notified me by email after the accounts were closed but didn’t use email to notify me prior to closing them! Standard snail mail. It all looks like statements, goes in a pile and goes to our accountant once a month or so. Why, bc of Covid, and email!! The world is electronic but WF isn’t there.They are dangerous to do business with and quite inept!Leave this bank!Protect your self!

I'm getting weird notifications from the wells Fargo app that I am receiving money, but I'm not requesting it. And no the money doesn't go to my account. I called like 4 times and they keep hanging up on me because they can't find the issue. I'm switching to a different bank that can fix their issue. Don't bank with these dumbasses.

Terrible Experience!! Had a simple question if they were holding consultations and the person said she didn’t know. It’s a VERY SIMPLE QUESTION. She put me on hold for 5 minutes even though I asked a BASIC question. I would’ve kept holding if she could’ve answered if they were even holding consultations at this time. Ridiculous.

I moved all my accounts here after Bank of America upgraded my account three times without my approval (where's THAT investigation?) many years ago. Despite all their own corporate issues, this branch has served me well. At this particular location, I've used their financial planning services a good bit, while assisting me with some Estate matters involving Estate accounts and trust funds. They have been helpful, providing legal advice as needed involving what I needed to have done in order to open/close accounts, etc., without being too pushy about investing Trust money into their own products. Would recommend.

I only visit Wells Fargo because our landlord does their banking here. Therefore, we deposit our rent directly into their account. All of the tellers in Roswell are friendly and professional. If I were to base my review off of the tellers, I would have given them a 4 or 5. My review is based upon the company. Wells Fargo operates an unethical business. They have been caught multiple times defrauding consumers. They opened accounts without their customers' knowledge or permission, and they fraudulently generated millions of dollars. I hope that this review will keep others from doing business with Wells Fargo.

Brandon was very helpful like the usual. Always have a positive experience here. Also the tall dude who also greets me every time with short brown hair is very friendly and another reason why I return often.
