Came in the other day and sat with one of the bankers, Mena, about potentially moving banks. He was very personable and knowledgeable about all Wells Fargo has to offer compared to others. I could not have been any happier with my experience at this location. Everyone seems friendly and they really do care and know what they are talking about. I will definitely be moving banks!

Been banking with WF for over a decade, account never been overdrawn, negative or anything like that. Get decent direct deposit weekly. never had any problems until scammers hacked my account. I took all necessary steps in order to recover the money that had been taken. it's clearly fraud and they refuse to reimburse me. filed police reports etc... denied my claim twice. saying I authorized it . Saw a story on the news an older couple was scammed out of 15,000 and WF refused to give them their money back saying they authorized it. mine was a little over 7,000 . why don't they have their customers back??? so to say I'm highly disappointed is a understatement!!! I would never recommend WF for anyone they treat their customers like CRAP!!!

Useless Bank. The branch is closed without any proper notice to customers over email / letters. Also, no guidelines on how to access the safe deposit box if the branch is closed temporarily. Contact Center does not have information as well.

Only 2 bankers, the teller couldnt assist me. Most understaffed Wells Fargo I've been to. Not even a manager in sight.

Just moved from Los Angeles to Roswell and banked with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Changed recently though due to mortgage purposes and their direct deposit policies. Heading to Cabo for a mini break and decided to get some singles, so thought I'd go to the local bank. Haha. Nope! They don't change cash for anyone without an account. They said they may not have enough singles either. Haha. What a joke. My wife and I were contemplating getting another bank account in the area, but I'll NEVER go to this bank again. Terrible first impression. I guess that's what you get when your staff are possibly underpaid. I'm pretty sure that every bank has singles galore just sitting there Anyway, no worries.

I went in this morning in the attempt to close out an account. I was informed there was nobody there that could assist. A teller STEPHANIE, who by the way is a MANAGER attempted to help and finally after arguing with me she suggested to transfer the remaining funds in the account I wanted to close to another. What I still can't wrap my head around is that a MANAGER a MANAGER could not assist me with closing out an account. All she was able to do was transfer the balance from one account to another and said I would have to call on Monday and finish the process of closing the account over the phone. Like really why have a branch MANAGER if she/he can't help a customer. Worst experience ever!I DO NOT recommend this branch!!! The Branch on Crababpple is so much nicer and customer friendly than the one on Mansell Oaks Plaza Shopping Center in Roswell, GA (which by the way is closed on Saturdays)

Today 4/24 after discovering the branch I usually use King Rd no longer has drive up without any notification to me, I went to the branch on Alpharetta Hwy and Mansell Rd. I waited 35 minutes in the drive through lane. Two cars ahead of me was a customer who was allowed to make multiple transactions which took 22 minutes. I don’t know if you are understaffed or very inefficient but that is an unacceptable amount of time to be in a drive through!

Very bad attention, zero empathy with the customer service staff seems that they were not comfortable serving their customers.
