It's definitely a place to go to think and to get a bit away from society. As you hear the water roar, it'll quickly empty your mind and enjoy what mother nature has to offer. There's also a few areas to rest areas along the trail.

All the beautiful brick walls were wonderful for the photos. I am so happy that I those this beautiful park to get my maternity photos taken at. It isn’t a hard walk to get down to the river especially being 8 months pregnant. I would highly recommend this gorgeous spot if you are looking for rustic backdrops for photos.

Very nice place to go and sit on the rocks as the stream flows around you. Lovely bridge to stand on and take photos as well. I saw several people taking photos here. 1 star was taken off for the parking. There is not enough places to park and walking from the top area is very down hill. There is a trail you can walk as well, but I did not check it out.

The covered bridge is the start of the Vickery Creek Trail, that involves stairs, a meandering path, a waterfall, and even some involuntary rock climbing. The covered bridge is lovely and well taken care of. To get to the waterfall, climb up the stairs after crossing the covered bridge, and then make a left to follow the creek. You will see another path to the left where there is a watering hole waterfall. Signage isn't very clear and there were a lot of people getting lost finding the waterfall. We hiked the southern loop, and didn't realize there is a 100 yard stretch of rocks and boulders to cross. It is a little treacherous here so wear shoes with good traction. The loop will bring you back to the bottom of the bridge.

Some nice trails but terrible to find the routes inside. They need to add better signs.

Quiet park with a beautiful waterfall and a hiking path. Many signs around the place with history information.
