Brought upholstery in for a spot stain cleaning. They used a brush on the fabric that destroyed it. When questioning them they took no ownership and blamed me for it and even made me pay for the cleaning of the upholstery they destroyed. Will never go back!

If you are expecting your clothes returned after cleaning, you are expecting too much. Be prepared for lost items without concern or compensation

I used to love this dry cleaner's business. They had great prices and service, up until a few months ago. I believe, though I'm not sure, that the ownership and/or management changed. The prices doubled, but I thought this was due to the general increase of services. What's unacceptable, however, is the service. I had a dress dry cleaner and when I received it, it smelled really bad (BO). I returned it to be dry cleaned again, and I just picked it up--no change whatsoever. The worst part is that I never had any such issues with this dress or other clothes with the previous owners. I requested a refund from the store owner, and he rudely refused, stating they don't give any refunds. A completely unacceptable response and terrible, sub-standard service. Visit at your own peril.
