Arrived at this post office at 9:38am today. The service counter was still closed. No service clerks was there. Waited for 10 minutes still no clerks showed up.

Three choices USPS:
1. Replace with an entirely new staff (recommended)
2. Properly staff this location and then performance manage
3. Close this location
Do one of the above, continuing like this should not be considered.

Please, when are you going to change the customer service staff???? We have terrible service, they are not interested in the customer and they try to end customer service as quickly as possible. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We need workers committed to their work. PLEASE!!! HELP US!!!!

So bad…the staff at this location go out of their way to maintain their one star ratings. If you can possibly use the USPS collection facility on Bent Grass that is about a mile away do that. The folks there are generally friendly and helpful.

They're always closing early, although business hours state until 7pm. This is a federal building and they need to work until the stated time online as well as on their windows. Change the hours if your workers are going to TURN PEOPLE AWAY well BEFORE closing time.

USPS is just HORRIBLE now. It use to be a joke to poke fun at slower service that was just a bit off. Boy are they paying us back for that. Mail and parcels are just DAYS and DAYS late with nobody held accountable.

0 STARS! I just had the absolute worst experience at the Alpharetta hwy location on 5/3/2024 around 5:30 pm. There were 2 clerks there but only 1 clerk servicing customers. While the other clerk was pretty dismissive, the clerk working with the customers was highly stressed, rude and overall unprofessional. While I did not catch her name, she has a very distinct island accent. She ranted repeatedly that she has not had a lunch break and that she will not allow this job to play with her. They often close the store to go to lunch without notice to the customers on when they will return. Often times it just looks closed. Long story short, I had 6 boxes to ship. It's been eons since the last time I've done this, so I was hoping to get support from the employees on how to correctly ship. She was frustrated with me because I did not know what I was doing, and she was very rude. She sternly exclaimed to the customers after me that "I was the last person and that she has to go on lunch so don't wait around for her to help". She induced so much negativity and anxiety that I said to her "I can just take my boxes and come back another time, it's fine". She insisted that I continue to ship my boxes with her because she will leave after she is done with me. I can go on about her behavior but in short, I will never return to this highly stressed, short staffed, depressing, negative and anxiety induced location. I have never felt so mistreated in my life by a business. Please either hire more staff to help this location or replace this staff with professional people willing to help customers. I've been living in Roswell for 6 years and this location consistently emits extremely poor customer services. I was relieved to see the woman with the short blonde haircut was no longer working there, but she was just replaced with employees 10x worse than here. I hope after the ample number of complaints on this location, USPS decides to finally take action. I will never do business here ever again!!! Also, I have submitted my complaint on the website smh.

I have no form of recourse to this usps driver as their system is incredibly decrepit and unhelpful so this is my only available outlet to voice frustration. I was harassed by a USPS delivery member while trying to get my mail lawfully from my closed mailbox. Instead of engaging in civil discourse they chose to shout at me to attempt to deny me legal access to my mail. you don't communicate that by screaming at someone getting their mail. Truck 9200188

It's really sad to see what's become of the post office. In Roswell, we're lucky if we get mail 2 days in a row. We often go 3 days with no mail delivery.
