The mail service in this area is horrible, packages delivered to wrong locations (if at all), mail keeps going lost and/or stolen.
If you go to the postal workers, you will hear them make vastly inappropriate conversations, I overheard them joking about a previous customer in incredibly dehumanizing ways.

Consistent Poor Mail Delivery Service Eves Road Roswell Georgia Post Office
I am a visually impaired person with approved mail to door delivery and my mail carrier, Stephen Coleman looks for every opportunity not to deliver to my door. He has even went so far as to dispute my disability which is covered under the American Disabilities Act. On the days when I can possibly pick up from my mailbox, that is not even possible as my key needed replacing and I paid about a year ago and still no key and no mail delivery for over two months.

Great location. However, for the past year, every single time I go in, the employees are involved in their own conversations and are rude or put off to have to deal with any of the customers. They continue their own conversations rather than stopping to focus on customers. They consistently act annoyed to even be “working” or dealing with customers questions or services. Rude attitudes and extremely unprofessional.

On April 11, 2024 I had an experience similar to the one Catie Ross describes. When I entered the post office , there were no customer. There were two postal workers at the counter talking to each other. I needed help. I was instructed to go to a poster that was on the wall and read directions on preparing a certified letter. I had already completed the forms before I arrived, but I had not attached the green and white form to the envelopes. There was also a man who came in and needed help. He was also instructed to go read another poster. There was a lady trying to mail several books. She also was told to read a poster. I just turned around and left. I did not feel comfortable leaving my mail at this post office. I do most of my business online. If I have to mail something, I now go to UPS. On April 11, 2024, I had no choice. I had to send these letters US mail. If the post office was busy, I could understand not having the time to help. But it was not busy. I truly do not understand with all the trouble people in Atlanta are having getting their mail, why two individuals would not take the time to help customers.

For the last four months since the previous mail carrier has retired and Shannon has taken over I have stopped receiving my mail. This has resulted in a ton of lost revenue and a whole host of issues for my business. After numerous inquiries and researching the issues on my own I've learned that the carrier Shannon is not delivering my mail to my suite number but is just dumping it at the UPS store. So my mail is getting returned as undeliverable because she's just leaving it places. I received a call from the supervisor Ms. Herndan about my issue. How this woman can work in any managerial role is beyond me. She was incredibly hostile, rude, and unprofessional. She clearly did not look in to the issue at all, and was angry that I was "accusing her carrier." She initially refused to give me her name and then talked badly about me with the carrier in the background when I insisted. Some of the other individuals who work at this location are incredibly nice and helpful. However, these two negligent, rude, and unprofessional individuals need to be retrained or have their employment status reevaluated.

The USPS gets a lot of bad reviews and it's not hard to see why. It's a public service that EVERYONE uses, and like all other useful public services this one finds itself consistently underfunded and understaffed. But despite the systematic issues the post office faces, I would say the folks at MY local post office have been very helpful in locating my missing packages. Bless the people that work here, I cannot imagine the insanity they have to deal with every day.

i called to get information on my missing package and the supervisor woman answered the phone and was incredibly rude from the beginning. she answered the phone with an attitude and then refused to give me any other information on my package. would not give me her name nor let me speak with her supervisor but she did tell me i could come to the front door of the building insinuating she wanted to fight me. this woman has severe mental issues and should not be working with customers. if I could give 0 stars I would. something needs to be done with how this woman handles things or she needs to be fired

I have never been in a post office where the people are so professional, friendly and helpful, very informational and are not afraid to show a bit of humanity within their job. I want to think everybody that worked today and yesterday at the front desk management included in my 30 years best post office experience ever.

There was no one in line and two clerks were just sitting having a personal conversation not related to work. So I walk up because all I am doing is dropping off a prepaid and labeled package and the clerk has to reprimand me and says "next time wait till you're called." No, don't be rude, next time be ready to provide customer service the moment a customer walks in.

The worst. I have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong mailbox and they say they can't do anything because it says it was delivered to me. Bunch of money spent on things I'll never have cause the mailman can't do their job right.

I came into the post office at 3:50pm hoping to put a package in the mail and only one individual was working behind the register and a man came out from the back coming to lock the door because they were closing and the lady behind the register stated that she was only going to take the next person in line and the other eight individuals needed to leave. It was two hours before the 6 PM close time. If a business states that is going to be open till 6 PM individuals need to make that happen instead of adjusting the hours to their convenience or employee enough individuals so that people can get their packages in the mail. This is my second attempt at trying to get this package shipped.
