Uptown is my fav place to shop!!! All the staff are amazing and kind. The young lady manager was super friendly I think her name is aleisha. She was so helpful! I recommend everyone going there. I love Roswell uptown.

New to Uptown as we didn’t have these were I used to live. I’ve visited this location twice now, probably 4 months apart. Both times staff was incredibly rude- tonight there were at least 5 people working (3 behind counter and 2 in the racks) and no one acknowledged me when I walked in or during any of the 15 minutes I spent in store. I actually spent the first 5 minutes wandering around like an idiot looking for what I needed cause no sections are labeled, and still no one asked if I needed help or acknowledged I was even in the store. The first time I visited I went to try something on and the attendant acted like I shot her dog it seemed like such an inconvenience… almost want to bring my stuff here to sell so these kids have something do do but I doubt they’d put an ounce of thought into the task and send me home with $2 for eight items lol. Definitely not impressed with the clothing selection (would be helpful if your staff actually organized items by size) and even less impressed with the customer service here. Do better.

Good inventory, but the two young lady's with glasses were extremely rude and got visably upset because we were still shopping 30 minutes before they closed. One was making comments about if people would hurry up she would be able to help. AVOID THE YOUNG GLASSES GIRLS.

The employees are so nice and helpful. I had been to Plato's closet in Roswell once and had the worst experience so I haven't sold any clothes since. My friend told me to try Uptown Cheapskate. Not only did I get a fair price for my clothes and shoes but the store had great items to shop for while I was waiting. Overall a excellent experience. Will definitely start shopping here!

Tried them out since I was in the area . Was offered $10 for shoes worn maybe 3 times.. would recommend johns creeks location or Plato’s closet Sandy springs over them if you’re selling.

Friendly customer service and nice selections. I liked that it was well organized by size and color. I was there til the last minute of closing (I felt so bad!) and the retailer was still so nice. Would go back!

My first time selling here was a smooth and friendly experience! I called ahead to get information and arrived at the store maybe an hour later. I had one person ahead of me and was told it’d be a 30-45 minute wait, they were done with my 2 bags in about 20! If you opt for store credit over cash, you get more and they give you a receipt that explains their pricing policy. Seamless experience, would come back to sell or shop again!

My parents tried to sell some of our designer brand clothes and shoes (Steve Madden, Tory Burch, etc), they didn't buy anything but a couple of items, which is fine. What I found to be ridiculous is the fact that they lowballed my parents so much for the things they did want. Not sure if this is because they saw that English is not their first language and they thought they could lowball them, or if they thought our things were fake but when I went to Plato's closet, they offered me more.

This was my first time selling. I'd called ahead to get the rundown of how to sell and came in about an hour later. I had 2 bags, got checked in and was quoted 30-45 minutes as there was one person ahead of me. I stayed in the store (as is required) and my items were sorted with a quote ready in maybe 20 minutes! The staff was helpful and friendly, and I was happy with my quote as they were items I didn't wear anymore and didn't really care about. The store was clean, there's a ton of cute accessories, and prices weren't too bad on the clothing to purchase. I'd definitely come back to shop and sell! Heads up--you will need to wait in store, and if you do store credit vs cash, you'll earn more. It's first come first served, and if you're in a rush I'd probably come on a day where you can wait. Overall great experience!

I brought in plenty of clothes and five pairs of shoes that were in great condition. They didn’t take any of the clothes which is fine but they gave me $10 back for each shoes. I got the shoes for more than $100 each. Uptown Cheapskates is a company that low balls their customers. Don’t recommend anyone to sell their clothes there.
