This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Every one of the clerks is so helpful and so happy. I will never go to another UPS store as long as I live in this area.

I am so impressed with my experience at this UPS store yesterday. I called the store to ask a question, but they were unable to answer (I assume due to being busy with customers). I didn’t leave a message or anything, but they called me back when they saw my missed call.., I definitely wasn’t expecting that. Then, when I got there, Gabe was so wonderful helping me figure out the most economical way to ship some clothing via USPS. He had the idea to try fitting the clothing into a $1 envelope and he himself got it to fit into that envelope (honestly, I didn’t think it was doable). And, the cherry on top: he applied a discount to my transaction without me even asking. Such a nice experience here, it felt like a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Gabe C.

Everyone that works there is friendly,
Patient, and knowledgeable, every time I go and I’m there a lot. I would like if they volunteered the usps cost to ship things, but they are always great when I ask for it.

Maybe you think all UPS’s are the same. I’m here to tell you they aren’t and this particular location and their staff is just phenomenal. I go here for all my small business needs, they know me by name and it’s always super fast. Not to mention their prices are somehow cheaper than other UPS I have attempted and by far cheaper than FedEx. This is an excellently managed businesses and team. I couldn’t recommend them more.
