Yesterday, I emailed documents with special printing instructions. Including a heavy weight paper stock. Abhishek, followed my instructions and gave exceptional service. The printing job was very affordable and organized. No question, I will use their service in the near future.Abhishek, values my business! As I value his excellence in customer service.Joy

Great experience here! I worked with Vani, and she was so quick and helpful. She was courteous, kind, and was very attentive to every customer. She made sure I got everything I needed. Highly recommend!

They hung up on me twice before I even arrived. First thing I noticed when I walked in is that the store reeks of pot. Both workers were outside when I arrived. Explicit music playing on a wireless speaker (I had a small child with me). When they came back inside, they said they were smoking a cigarette, and I told them “doesn’t smell like it.” He (Clay Oliver) laughed. Truly a one star experience if I ever had one.

Went in today to UPS to mail a check. I thought envelope was provided… the young girl employee sarcastically told me that UPS only provides envelope for specific services.She was talking very fast & I didn’t understand what exactly she was saying about the stupid envelope & the services.I said “this shouldn’t be this hard” and she (even more sarcastic) told me it wasn’t, that I wasn’t listening. Then I said “YES it IS hard if you don’t work with these products everyday and there is 27 options.” From there things went from bad to worse and I left with out completing my shipment.We have lived here for 8 years & been using that same store for 8 years.I will never go back to this location. That girl does not represent that store well. Herself well. Or the products well.(*the envelope was 99 cents… ALL THIS over 99 cents.**I wasn’t trying to get a free envelope- I just thought they used to be provided)

Rudest people on the planet say good morning and no response say good morning again no response say thank you when handed my reciept and their girl response with a grunt!Never got one person in this store to reply with with any professionalism. It is like they all hate their jobs!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. A female employee was so incredibly rude. I’m glad these are franchise stores b/c I never have to go to this location again. Customer NO service here. I’ve also heard really bad stories of this location price gouging people.

Tried to charge me for a box and tape when Amazon says it’s free returns. Don’t bother coming here, go to the one by the Publix in the Kings Market further down the road as they give you the box and everything for free, AVOID THIS UPS STORE

I go into this store a lot and either Dulce or Sosa is usually the one to help me. I greatly appreciate their service. Dulce and Sosa are always prompt, helpful, efficient and kind. It's very nice knowing my packages are in good hands. Thank you ladies.

They are very “blame the customer “ oriented. Sent a package to my daughter 10 days ago. They did not put her dorm room on the address . I brought this to their attention and they said oh it will show up on the label. Called to discuss with the manager. Well you signed it. You approved it. I told her that I asked her employee about it and it was supposed to be taken care of on the label. They just don’t care. Well you signed it! Yeah, I was counting on you people to know how to do this thing. Their computer generated a label that just said “office”. They simply don’t care. My husband mails things all the time at the US post office. Never seems to be a problem.

I called to ask if a service was provided and the lady ran through their services and I didn’t get the price she stated the first time and then I asked for clarification and she went on to say “I already told you bla bla bla…..”. I was not rude or disrespectful but I couldn’t understand why the brashness. Not sure what happened to people just being nice, patient and polite especially when providing public service.

I have had my mailbox with these guys for 20 years. Nick is the owner and is nearly always there. He and his staff are the most helpful friendly group that I've dealt with as a whole at any business locally around the area. Whenever I need a birthday card I always know that I can find the funniest cards up on the rack. They help me with other services on the computer whether it be editing or printing something out for me when my printer was not working at home. For any of the services that they offer they are top notch!
