This is the best UPS store I’ve ever encountered in all my years on this earth! Kinnari was such a beautiful soul and helped with our every need! I’m in the process of moving states and she answered every question, helped us bring in my items as well as helped me decide which boxes is best based on my items! I’ve never been to a UPS store where the customer service is so warm and helpful! Kinnari you are truly a light in this world! Thank you so very much for your time and help!

I had to send a laptop to my son studying in Canada. I went to the Roswell post office and the customer service representative recommended that I visit the USPS website. I didn't have time. I asked a FedEx agent if his service could send my Laptopj. He said no because of the lithium battery.
At UPS they didn’t try to understand. And they did my shopping!

WOW the team at this store is amazing. They helped me ship a 75lb electric scooter to Seattle. Shipping an electric scooter is not for the faint of heart. I needed to create a large custom size box from 2 boxes. Then I needed a crazy amount of bubble wrap to fill the gaps, lots of tape and straps. This box is a beast but the scooter is protected. The store also allowed me to store my scooter at the shop for 10 weeks until my buyer collected all of the funds to purchase my scooter. Thank you for taking care of me. 5 Stars!!!
