They lost my $10,000 check, literally in their tiny store, a driver never even picked it up. I paid $42 to have shipped. The kid working the front said the manager, who was the one I left it with, would contact me to at least process a refund. She didn’t. Also, FedEx offered the exact same shipping option for about $10.

Had documents notarized here, the number provided by notary must have been incorrect because they were uncooperative when called to validate ,effectively prolonging a passport. Beyond disappointed with this location.

They charge $5 for notarization and additional $2 per witness, I wish I knew that before I stepped in; $2 is not much but based on my previous experience with other UPS stores, no additional cost for witness is required when notarization cost is already paid.

I shipped a package to Canada, and this was my first time doing so. Kinnari was very helpful and knowledgeable. The day after, she called me to inform me of the customs fees that would be charged, as I preferred to pay them . I really appreciate everything she did for me.
Today, I went to return a package again. Actually, I was supposed to mail it at the post office, but Kinnari still put a return label on my package just in case I lost it. Thank you, Kinnari!
