Took truck to have wrapped they charged me for a 3M product when 3M does NOT make a Gold Chrome wrap vinyl. used material that was a craft vinyl and not a material used for full vehicle wraps. They broke mirrors and tabs had scratched and Knicks all over my truck nothing was properly trimmed. Will not return any call or text messages. I am going to report them to the BBB. don't take anything to this company. Not even worth one star. thank ;you Linda Olson

Run far away from this company. Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle to them. RUN RUN RUN. We took a company vehicle to them to get wrapped. Deposit was paid. Design was finalized. The wrap was supposed to be finished within 2 weeks. The wrap took months. I contacted them on numerous occasions and the final date kept being pushed back. We were told that they were having issues with the paint job on the vehicle. Umm....it is a 2007 Honda Odyssey so of course it has a crappy paint job because it's old. They asked for permission to take it to their shop near Cumberland to sand it first prior to applying the wrap. So if they sanded it properly then why complain about the paint job...wasn't the purpose of sanding it. Anyway, because it was taking so long to finish we were promised 12 shirts of which we NEVER received. Once the van was finished, the design on the back window was completely different than what we agreed on. I sent the owner an email with several pictures of inconsistencies with the final wrap. We were told that she would send someone out to fix the issues and bring the shirts...well that never happened. This business is not legit and they have NO CLUE how to properly apply a wrap. We've only had our van back for 2 months now and we're already having lifting issues with the wrap. The pics say it all. Take a look and you be the judge. You have been warned. Spare yourself and find another company. This place is a total SCAM. We also reported them to BBB. You can also see reviews there.

We had my daughter's Jeep wrapped. Everyone seemed super nice and accommodating. They said it would take 3 days and it took 8 but that was ok. The communication was horrible. I had to keep calling to ask for updates. We showed up Fri night to pick it up and found out they'd left a message an hour before that it wouldn't be ready as scheduled. I saw it when we got there and it wasn't even half way done. We got a call at 9:30pm on Sat that it was ready to go so we drove over and picked it up. It was dark so we couldn't see the details of the wrap. When we left, we noticed the tail lights and blinkers weren't working. We drove back and they said they didn't know how to fix it and their electrical guy wouldn't be back until 3pm the next day. So we drove it home...without tail lights. A few miles from home it started raining. Which is when we realized the windshield wipers weren't touching the windshield at all. The next morning, we went out to take a look and saw they had CUT the wires to the rear tail lights. I called and left a message that we needed to get it back in ASAP for repairs and they never even called me back. The wrap is peeling around the grill and hood. It's bubbling in a couple of areas. The seams look like deep scratches because they weren't pieced together well. I plan to take it back to have some things fixed (since they guarantee their work) but after reading other recent reviews, I'm not sure if we will get it fixed.

Matt and Tesha Clark (The owners of Troll Designs) are CON Artists and should be arrested. They are the worst business I have EVER worked with in my entire life. I am a very patient person but after 5 months of lies, false promises and thousands of dollars, I finally had to walk away with nothing to show but a headache. Please, save yourself the pain and aggravation. Do not go near this family or business. Working with Matt Clark was a nightmare. At first, Matt was going to have his team paint my vehicle. Excuse, Excuse, Excuse.. Someone got sick.... paint order was delayed... Blah Blah Blah.. then, after months of excuses, I got my favorite excuse. "We are not allowed to paint in our shop" WTF? I should have walked away at this point, but I was an idiot. Instead of leaving, I talked to the "Boss". Tesha. She was going to take care of everything. Instead of painting the vehicle, they were going to wrap it. We ordered the wrap and it was going to be great. I called and talked to Tesha every week and Tesha guaranteed me that my vehicle would be ready on April 2nd. The week before pickup, I talked to Tesha every other day. She continued to tell me that my vehicle will be ready, and I should not worry. Image my surprise when I arrived to pick-up my vehicle and I find no one there to meet me. Worse than that, my vehicle had not even been touched. Months and Months of excuses and nothing was done. I retrieved my extra set of keys and picked up my vehicle as scheduled. DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT do any business with Tesha or Matt Clark or their corrupt business Troll Designs.

We all need to file a complaint to BBB on this company and write bad review on them to warn other people about Troll Sign and graphic. Taking people money and not finishing the service . And horrible wrapping quality, not completing the work that they are pay to do, tell you that it will only take 3-4 days to do which is a total lie. Won't return or answer your phone call. Telling your car is ready for pick when it is not even halfway done. Garbage company, won't return your money even tho your car is not even complete yet after over 3 weeks.
