I have asked multiple times to not be contacted when called and unsubscribed on the website and still get calls. I have not had y’all for years because of this and will not go back to yall.

Natalie was extremely helpful! She took a long time to answer all of my questions and go through each policy option to see what made sense for me. She was helpful in making sure I had the right coverage but wasn’t paying for things I didn’t need either. She is very kind, responsive, and made the insurance buying process so much easier! I would highly recommend her!

Natalie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely helpful. I had an Issue for calling customer service that they hang up phone on me after they put me on hold for 10 min to solve my concern. I texted Natalie and told her what just happened, I was shocked that she called me back and connect me with customer service on the line and listened for the whole conversation to make sure that all my concerned has been taken care of. later she checked on me and repeatedly apologized for what just happened today. I texted her throughout the day including at 8 pm and she responsiveness was unmatched. Thanks Natalie for putting the customer first!

Such a seamless & quick process. Natalie is very responsive & friendly. She knows her stuff and was able to talk me through some of the smaller details I wasn’t aware of with the policies. We recently moved to the area from NYC and I now have all my insurance through State Farm thanks to her!

It's a bad insurance company, they don't respond for accidents, even if you're not to blame, oh well, every two months they raise your monthly payments, be careful, they are statefarm thieves, check your bills because suddenly they raise them but they never respond for damages. They are thieves...
