First, let me start with the fact that I’m not the type to review companies and never thought I would have to review Home Depot, one of my favorite companies, but now I do. I have had the worst experience trying to buy a dishwasher for my family. It started with my wife and I deciding to upgrade our dishwasher. We went to buy a new one in store and have it delivered a week later. Well, when it was delivered, the installers cut the water line from our old dishwasher (which was

Very disappointed in my visit to Home Depot today. Only 1 employee that I saw was wearing a face mask. Why is this not mandatory by management and corporate? There was absolutely zero social distancing which employees should be helping to control. They are putting both themselves and others in danger. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this store again any time in the near future.

Rented a dethatchet that weighs about 200 lbs, manually propelled. Oil sensor kept shutting engine off at less than a 10° angle, BUT only facing East.. Ha.. Facing West at same degree angle wouldn't shut it off. Then the pull cable rope snapped, OBVIOUSLY, having to pull every time it conks, is added rope stress. Finishing up, it then kept shutting off, ON LEVEL GROUND..

Terrible customer service from management and even worse attitudes. Really a shame because some of the workers are good (and they get mistreated too). Can take literally hours to pick up a small order from the pro desk. Lumber and wood tongue and groove panels we bought there had very visible green mold when we went to check out. When I told an employee he looked and did nothing. He also told me to put the mold damaged product back on the shelf, I refused so he put them back on the shelf while muttering under his breath. We also bought paint that was defective and that ran down our walls in "sheets" and clumped into "globs" all over the walls of the room...over $100 worth of paint. Lots of substandard lumber too...be sure to check carefully to avoid purchasing twisted or bent studs. I would give this store and its management a ZER0 or minus 5, but Google does not give me this option. Plan for your trip to this store to take at least 3x the amount of time you would expect.

I appreciate the service provided by Home Depot. Rented flat truck. Though bit expensive for 2 hours the service is very good. the Vehicle was in very good condition and pretty new! I recommend this if any one needs rental!
