Be wary!!! The overall experience was ok. They removed a lot of the stress from the entire process. However, make sure you read the contract before you agree to hiring their services. They have regulations, conditions, and penalties that they do not mention/disclose when they are trying to get your business. In my case, the contract was not delivered to me in electronic or hard copy form until the end of the Estate Sale. Effectively after the fact!!! When it came to receiving a check from them, I had the following issues: 1. The check was late and delivered close to a week later after I complained. 2. For personal reasons I removed three objects from the pool of items to be sold the day before the Estate Sale. Without consultation or warning they went ahead and deducted the 40% of the "expected" sale price for the removed items, claiming research and marketing fees. 3. I lived in a subdivision where Estate Sale signs are not allowed and where visitor parking restrictions are very strict. Consequently, I had a person stationed at the subdivision gates to operate/open them for the Estate Sale customers for five (5) hours both days of the sale. That was a person who did not receive any compensation for his work from this vendor. 4. This vendor reserves the right to charge a 3% penalty fee for the homeowner being in the home during the set up and the Estate Sale. Had I known that I was not supposed to be in the house at the time of the set up or the Estate Sale I would have complied. I must admit they did not charge me with this fee mainly because I did not interfere with their work in any manner; on the contrary, I helped them as much as I could including carrying heavy furniture to the buyers' cars.

We used A Crazy Love to manage the overwhelming process of sorting through our parents home. My Mother had many many beautiful things (read too many!) so they definitely had their work cut out for them. They were very professional from the consultation through the sale, donation and removal of remaining items. They definitely did a great job of getting us through what would have been an impossible and emotional process had we tried to do this on our own. Trust was very important to us and we felt very secure with them taking care of our parent’s home. I could not believe how quickly Ashley and her staff sorted through my parent’s things and got them ready for the sale. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

The Estate Sale was Extremely well organized, the staff was always friendly, professional and super helpful. The prices ranged from fair to Extremely good deal! Let me add I was probably not an easy customer (asking questions here and there!), and they never lost their patience with me, and even went beyond expectations being super helpful and informative!) I would have never been able to pay regular price for the awesome pinball I got, but thanks to Crazy Love, now me and my family are having a blast playing pinball. Thanks!

Always love coming to these estate sales! I was able to go to both of their sales today and the staff is always so friendly towards the customers. The prices are extremely reasonable and the set up is spot on. Will definitely continue to explore their sales in the upcoming weekends!

Horrible customer service experience. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. I went to their estate sale today and was instructed to put a bid for a grey couch my wife and I liked. They told us that if my bid would be the highest one - they will call me at 3 pm today and take my credit card number to reserve the couch. Guess what, I was in the bathroom for 5 minutes at 2:45pm and they called me three times during 3 minute interval, and I was not able to pick up. I called them 2 minutes later to only be told by Yolanda that she already sold the couch I won to someone else. This is completely unacceptable and this company cannot be trusted. Shame on you!!!

I attended a estate sale that Ashley Glass Luxury Estate Sales, A Division of A Crazy Love had on 7/13/2019 when I got there I was told that it would be 50% off since it was the last day I was very excited to learn that so after putting together a few things that I wanted to buy it was close to 1pm so I waited along with about 25 other people so that we could get the 50% off well low and behold once we got to the register we were told that the 50% off was only for new people that were coming into the sale and they had to get their hand stamped and it did not apply to us that were already at the sale, this was very poor customer service on the part of Ashley Glass people put all their stuff down left I will never attend another one of their estate sales, that was very unfair and very poor business practice Just to be clear this was not the vintage girls it was Ashley Glass Estate sale

The prices are a bit high. It seems reasonable to assume that when there's still a lot of merchandise for sale on the second day at 50% off, that prices are perhaps a bit too high. Some items are above retail. If I needed to have a sale, I would want my things priced to sell and clear out...But, the staff is mostly helpful and friendly---obviously hardworking.. 😊

Vintage Girls have never, ever been anything but friendly, professional, polite, helpful, and as many other adjectives as you might think to write about these wonderful women. Their prices are always fair. They'll go out of their way to help you figure out if something is going to work for you. I can't imagine what got into these folks leaving negative feedback that is detrimental to these hardworking women. I always look forward to their sales. Sometimes there is just no pleasing people. But, the Vintage Girls, always try. And, most often succeed.

Still a terrible company and awful owner, what a stressful time we had to go through with this company... if anything goes wrong, the owner Ashely will do nothing but ignore you!! Selling your home is stressful enough but this company makes it so much worse!!!

The employees of this "company" are extremely rude. If they're not being actively rude, they're ignoring the customers and talking to each other. The last time I tried to go to one of their sales, I took a designer friend of mine with me, and when we entered the house, one of the employees started yelling at us from a platform on the second floor. She screamed, "WE'RE CLOSED! WE'RE CLOSED!", and she had the meanest face while she was screaming at us. She actually startled us and scared us. The signs were still out, and the door was wide open. Firstly, DO NOT YELL AT ME. Secondly, LOCK THE DOOR if you're closed. Thirdly, y'all must not want to sell stuff with those nasty attitudes. In what world is it acceptable to treat customers that way? Not mine! I will never patronize this company again after that experience. There are far too many friendly estate sale companies that know how to treat their customers to waste my time on this one.
