Two stars is only because they had a specialty item I was looking for. The rest of the store I could do without. Bought a cut up fruit container for 6.89. One bite and it tasted rotten. Prices are very high. They don’t have a lot of organic fruits. I was charged incorrectly at check out for an item. I caught it on the receipt and had to go back inside for a correction. For the prices I’d rather shop at Whole Foods and get a much bigger selection.

Well Fresh Market just earned my repeat business. I bought some steaks that looked great but just had a question about them after I opened them at home. Beverly and Tyler did not hesitate at all the make it right and with a free cup of their great coffee.
In a world of dwindling customer service, this was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this location.

Bought baby back ribs from this store, upon opening before family BBQ - the meat was rotten, smelly, and very discolored which ruined our cookout. Upon returning the meat to store and explaining the situation, all the store would offer was a refund which doesn’t seem commensurate with the poor experience we received. Wasted time buying, returning product and planning for a cookout.
Would recommend a different upscale grocery store or a different Fresh Market location.
For more details on what was returned, please check with cashier who saw the product. Was rotten by a mile, smelled horrible. Returned the product in person to demonstrate how gross this was.

I was very displeased with the butcher telling me that if I wanted my beef tenderloin cut i could come back at 2:00pm. I have decided to purchase elsewhere so the butcher can have a long rest for ever! Won’t go back to Roswell store.

I have always had good experiences at Fresh Market Roswell. Several times though, I've had FM associates go above and beyond. Just today, Pierre at the deli counter did just that. I don't know how you get associates who are happy, caring and really seem to want up help, but you do! Thank you for giving a level of service that is rare today, and thank you for the quality, variety and value of your food!

Ordered pre-made food for Christmas. The stuffing was frozen and VERY soupy with standing water in the tray. Even after re-heating it was still very mushy! I also had ordered a small container but was given a large tray. I thought I was agreeing to the stuffing not the size consequently threw out most of the stuffing due to quality as well as quantity.The sweet potato side was bland - consider using organic so that the taste is sweeter.Service was good and there were enough employees to keep the line moving so that you did not have to wait in line for too long - appreciated the thought behind having enough personnel to manage the orders and the organization for people not to have their order information just their name.

You have been raising prices to levels causing me to shop elsewhere. Essentially adding $2.00 per pound to most meats and seafood is more than I am willing to pay. Time to dial it back.

My mom passed away yesterday and someone had sent groceries from The fresh market through instacart, the driver just left the food at the door while my family was at the funeral home making the arrangements and it was 90° outside so most of the order had to been thrown away because it sat out there for over 5 hours in the heat
I went by The fresh market this morning because instacart said only the person could file a complaint if they were the one that ordered it and it was uncomfortable to let that person know what had happened when they were so generous.
I explained everything to the manager Katie and reminded her that the instacart driver was representing her brand but I was not expecting anything I just wanted to make her aware of the situation.
She replaced several items, so tonight we are able to enjoy a very nice dinner from The fresh market because of Katie's hospitality and kindness.
The world could use more katies and less people like the instacart driver that showed no care or concern
