After a less then helpful experience with one of the buyers agents here, i reached out to the broker to ask for a more experienced agent. Tom, the co-owner who originally assigned our agent, would not take the call. I waited a day and called back, same thing. I let front desk know I would just leave a review of my experience and all of a sudden, Tom was immediately available. That tells me all I need to know about their client support practice. Their image was more important then their service.

I can't say enough about this office. Our realtor, Kanani, was integral to us finding the right house. Coming from the NYC area, we were flying down on weekends and looking at houses from afar. Kanani went out of her way to take videos of houses for us, brought contractors in for us and did all the inspection/follow up for us. Not only that but she has incredible taste and learns exactly what her clients are looking for. If you are coming from another metro area and want an agent you can trust who truly wants their clients to secure a GREAT home in this tricky market, I cannot recommend the Curtin Team more.

Working with the Curtin Team has been one of the biggest blessings my husband and I could ask for during such a stressful time with both buying and selling a home. From the initial phone call with our realtor, Kanani Briggs, I knew she was exactly what we were looking for. Her level of professionalism and personalization are unmatched. I truly have not worked with a business that prioritized us as clients in this fashion. Kanani helped manage tight timelines with buying and selling by helping every step of the way with each To Do item. She is so warm, friendly, and willing to help with any matter (none too big and none too small); we always knew we could count on her to solve any issues. I cannot say how much I appreciate the hard work that was put into the buying, selling, and of course the negotiation process from Kanani. She impressed us at every step of the way.
This team and Kanani really shows what truly caring about clients and their attention to detail can achieve. I value this company and their team so much I referred them to my parents and I will continue to refer them to friends and family.

We worked with Kanani Briggs in finding our new home. She was an amazing realtor, who always went above and beyond in finding our new home. She was patient and learned our preferences and really tried to cater to our needs in helping us find our forever home. She was always available and if she was unable to do something she set up a way for us to not be delayed. She would keep us alerted to new postings via text to make sure we didn't miss out in seeing a home. We really enjoyed our time with Kanani and will use her services in the future if ever needed. Kanani is also helping us sell our condominium because we really trust her and believe we are in the best of hands.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Kanani Briggs and the Curtin team! They helped in every possible way...always responded immediately to any questions asked. Made selling our home stress free. Also, we are moving out of state, and they provided a listing agent for our new adventure. Even almost a week after closing, we have called with concerns about buying in our new state. Still immediately responding and helping with our issues here. Shout out to Lynn and Shelbi...they have been so helpful as well as Kanani! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We have already recommended them to our son!
