I ordered a custom leather sofa 10 yrs ago from Comfortable Chair Store, it’s still like new. The best sofa I’ve ever had. I love this store, incredible quality furniture. The best of the best quality, prices, customer service you’ll ever find anywhere. The finest brand furniture stores can’t compare to this store. Thank you for your awesome store.

What other reviewers have already said - the proprietor Julia is knowledgeable, she helped my aging Mom pick a power recliner that has been working really well for her. Her expertise and personal service was worth the considerable drive from our home to this store!

Attention. This is a jewel! Go by, me not the website as it is under construction needing a little TLC. This was our third purchase from this store and certainly will not be the last. The customer service is old-school. They genuinely care. It is family owned not a corporate chain. Very personalized service. I bought a chair on Friday and Kathleen spent a generous amount of time helping me select a chair that was perfect for my back issues. She knows her stuff as far as where the head should be the lumbar, etc. I would sit in a certain chair and she would literally tell me. "Oh no that one's not for you you will not be comfortable." They are truly into your satisfaction not the sale. This is not medical supply. This is beautiful furniture that anyone would love to have in their home. The owner, Julia is a delight as well. Both of these ladies are the reason I keep going back.

This place is fantastic…looking for upholstered chairs and couches and comfortable recliners, go see Julia the owner.Today I learned from someone who knows the products she sells.Great quality and great prices.Don’t let the store name mislead you—this is an awesome high quality furniture store..We will be back..

I have had the best experience buying furniture here! I initially purchased two chairs and went back shortly after to buy a couch. Everything they carry is high quality, and the service is fantastic. Julia has extensive knowledge and always points us in the right direction. I highly recommend them!

Don't waste your time going anywhere else, this is the most amazing furniture store in the area. They have the best selection of the most comfortable furniture. They REALLY know their craft and can help with color and material selection. Some furniture stores are like car salesman trying to push you to buy something, but not at this store; they honestly want you to have the best furniture that fits the room. The only problem is getting my husband up from his chair because it's that comfortable!

Very very poor manufacturer service. We had a problem with the chair and after months of phone calls and photos of the problem the expensive chair has still not been repaired. Very disappointed and sorry I ever purchased this chair. Would have given one star but the sales people at the store did try to help.

High quality. High price. To be honest, I was approached at the door and the sales woman was very nice and knowledgeable but she followed me around and talked a lot. I had to leave because it bothered me too much. I wanted to walk the store, try out the chairs and recliners but would have rather asked for help if I had questions. Nice store but not for me.
