Great experience! Always nervous about going to a new groomer but from start to finish my experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. Joey did a PHENOMENAL job with my Pyrenees (who is a tough groom), she came home smelling wonderful and looking so beautiful. Truly appreciate the time and care he took with her! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Took my pup on 10/15/23 for a self wash bath. Facility was clean and the girls working were so welcoming! Had everything from soap, towels, ear swabs and brushes! I usually have him bathed at Petsmart but this is such a better deal that I ended up purchasing a package. Highly recommend!

Our 100 lb Labordoodle is well cared for here. Plenty of experienced groomers to help manage his large size, as well as his wash or cut needs.

We just moved to the area a month ago. We have a 1 year old, 80lb goldendoodle that was overdue for a bath. I found this business through Facebook recommendations and I was throughly impressed! The front desk was welcoming and the girl that groomed him was super friendly and thorough with questions about what I wanted. He smelled amazing and looked great at pick up. Plus, it was affordable! We will definitely be back!

They take care of my tiny dog with great care and the haircuts are exactly what I ask for. Definitely would recommend to all dog owners!

TERRIBLE! they shaved my dog without my permission!!! my dog has been going to this place for a few months for a bath, I feel like they don't wash very well, but I don't have a second choice of place to take my dog, so I was taking it there. a week before I called and asked for an appointment, the girl told me that they would only have availability in 4 weeks (I don't know if she lied), the following week I called again and she told me that she would have an appointment on Friday (today) but only had a time for a bath and no time for a haircut, so I made an appointment. My father and my 8 years old brother went to take my dog. The guy started to shave all his hair without my permission, because they said he was scheduled for that, it was a mistake by the lady who scheduled my appointment, and she told me that she had no availability for a hair cut and they still charged me $65 dollars for a service that I didn't ask for, terrible place, I will never come back!! !!

I've been taking my dog here for years and like their self wash option and nail trims. The staff are friendly and patient with my elderly dog who doesn't like being groomed. Shampoos are provided, tubs are big and raised, and they do the clean up after a wash. They also provide grooming for clients who prefer that. I have a pet wash/grooming place across the street from me in Alpharetta but prefer to drive to Roswell to That Dirty Dog.

They always have appointments quickly to get ? nails dremeled. They are patient with him as he's not a huge fan of the process. Appreciate their care and sensitivity to working with dogs with different personalities.
