These people were awesome! I found them online, and although I live in Atlanta, we never made it out to the store. I talked with Ree, Barbara, Lisa, Gina and Karen trying to figure out what I wanted, and they were always helpful and prompt at returning calls or messages. They did what they said they were going to do, which means a lot. And the bed, OMG, it’s awesome. I am so happy with the bed, the quality, the style and beauty. Don’t think I will ever get rid of it. See how beautiful it is. And the freight company who delivered the bed were so careful, and did a great job too. Thanks again Heirloom Iron Bed Co. This is one happy customer!

I purchased a beautiful king bed for my parents at Heirloom and I've never seen them (my mom) happier in my life! Would highly recommend - super easy experience. In particular, their customer service made the experience delightful. They're a small company, but that means their employees are able to personally take care of your order.If you're considering purchasing a bed, do yourself a favor and purchase from Heirloom.

My wife and I could not be happier with our beautiful Lady Jane III iron bed!... The bed is everything we'd hoped for!We have the wonderful staff at Terry Parker's Heirloom Iron Bed Company to thank for their kindness and tireless help when my wife kept coming at them with her many, many questions. The kind staff members assured her that they wanted us to be happy and confident as we sought out the bed we would ultimately purchase from several states away..The entire process was pleasant and efficient - from my wife's first inquiry following her internet search to the moment the delivery man brought our new bed to our door! The bed was expertly packed for shipping and it arrived in perfect condition with all the assembly instructions. What a WONDERFUL group of women at this family owned business!Lisa, Gina, Ree, Karen, and, Barbara! WOW! Your customer service is THE BEST. I had called to inquire about ordering some touch up paint for my beautiful bed that I purchased there 24 years ago. They found everything that I needed, and the factory is shipping it out to me. By the way...............MADE IN THE USA!I highly recommend The Heirloom Iron Bed Company & Fine Linens!

I cannot recommend these folks enough! I received knowledgeable, amazing service, and I love my bed! They followed up on my order without me ever having to contact them. The bed arrived when promised and they even provided tips on making sure delivery of the bed was done properly! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product and excellent service!

I am so happy with the bed we bought, it's perfect! Did everything via phone and e-mail, and never had an issue. The staff were always prompt in getting back to me, and everything happened just like they said it would. They have this process down. If you are looking for an iron bed that is gorgeous and great quality, contact Terry Parke's Heirloom Iron Bed Company. Worth the money!

I have two beautiful Heirloom Iron Beds. It would be hard for me to pick which I like best because both are amazing! I have also purchased their linens for years and to put it quite simply, I have not found any other store that carries such lovely, quality linens.

I am so happy with the continued service and selection of quality beds and exquisite bedding found at the Heirloom Iron Bed store in Roswell. I first purchased several iron beds from this store at least 16 years ago. The beds have survived many moves and continue to be sturdy and beautiful. They are a true classic in design and are virtually indestructible. I recently updated our bedding and was pleased to be able to buy from the same great staff that helped me years ago. The shop has an incredible selection of luxurious linens in many styles, fabrics and colors. Knowledgable sales people are great in suggesting how to mix fabrics, colors and accessories to create your own custom bed. They have moved a couple of times since my initial purchase. Check out the newest location on Oak St in downtown Historic Roswell! Same great beds and people, cool new fabrics and accessories. Great service and impeccable quality!

I have purchased 5 beds from Terry Parker’s Heirloom Iron Bed Company over the years. There is no finer bed made, plus the beds are 100% made in the USA! No screws, no squeaks, pieces simply lock together and are easy to assemble. Most of all, these beds are durable. Go in and ask to see the photo of the bed that survived Hurricane Katrina. The residence and everything in sight had been completely demolished. The only thing standing in a pile of rubble was an Heirloom bed.Heirloom also sells the finest lines of European and American linens. There are few retail establishments left anymore in which you can actually see and touch a very large selection of fabrics. If design is not your thing, ask for Ree. She has been with the store 20+ years and has excellent taste.Personally, I like doing business with small, family-owned stores. The Parkers are good people. Stop by and see!

We are about to purchase our third iron bed for our daughter. We are moving to Wisconsin and they are even able to ship the bed to our new home. These beds truly are about quality and I’m positive the bed we buy our daughter will be able to be passed down generations.
