I like this target but their maternity section is kind of sad, it’s been moved to another area and is so scrunched together and not that much is offered there besides pants. So many other areas of this store have so much room for you to move your cart around, but this section is so smooshed.

Spent over $15 on 2 items purchased (and 1 of these items was "on sale.") The rewards program is extremely convoluted and not user friendly. The attendant could not coherently explain how to redeem any rewards. I Shop for the same items regularly and have never received any kind of redeemable rewards.

The change in attitude is noticeable. The crew at the order pickup area is courteous and efficient. The prompt order fulfillment, quality items, and thoughtful packaging are appreciated.

If if you go to the store, expect two things. First, expect shelves to be empty in certain areas and selection to be extremely limited. Second, expect to be approached by third parties such as AT&T, trying to sell you things you don’t want.

We went to Target one minute before close and Michael was a life saver!! I had an urgent need for my daughter's dance tights for a talent show that she was participating in the following morning. Due to Dance Fashions being closed, driving through Alive After Five traffic, I ran to the Target door the minute that it closed. Michael was in the process of locking the door, but he could see the look of panic on my face. He asked what I needed and I replied "dance tights!" He nodded, let me in, showed me to the tights, and then checked me out. I was VERY relieved and so grateful :) Great store for unique finds and lovely employees, like Michael!

I purchased a bicycle last week at the North point Target. When I purchased it the girl told me that their bike guy was new so hopefully it was put together the right way, sure enough a few days later, things started making noise and wobbling. I stopped by Target in Roswell and they told me to bring it by this morning for the bike tech to look at it and sure enough The bike tech called in sick so they totally replace the bike with a brand new one all in a matter of 10 minutes. Big props to the manager Christopher who looked at the bike and determined that it was not put together the right way

Went in to return a few pair of jeans (wrong size), and got the right size. This time, they charge me 7.75% sales tax...? Last I checked sales tax was 6%. My return receipt said 6%. I asked about it, and they said, "those crazy Georgia taxes, we can't do anything about that". When prices are high enuff, nothing like Target to try and squeeze some more money out of us.
Last Review: Went in with a weekly printed ad from a local competitor store (Staples), and the "supervisor" said they do not match "In Store" prices...only online prices. Really?!? Their price match guarantee specifically says "or a competitor's local printed or digital ad". The guy said its store policy, and there is nothing he can do about it. Sounds like they need some training at this location. Went online, ordered same item, called and got the price match without hassle. Don't waste time here, but if you must shop at Target, go online. So aggravating.
