Bad bank. Won't cash a check made out to an account holder and someone who endorsed the check. Won't take deposit from their own client! Bad business. Manager wouldn't override, even for a law firm down the block. More like the bank of "NOT" here. Avoid at all costs.

On hold with customer no-service for 30 minutes and never received help. Cave man on hold system. No offer for call back. No indication how many on hold in front of you or anticipated hold time. Will cancel my account. Another big company with no respect for your time.

Very outdated (in-person or snail mail is required make account changes/closures or check loan payoffs) and they're simply unable to make basic bank transactions work. They do not know how to apply additional principal payments to mortgage loans. I closed my home loan, as well as a checking account with them out of complete frustration. In the end, they charged me a "service fee" when I closed the account and withdrew the funds. That just confirmed again why I will never bank with them again.

Sat 25 minutes waiting on someone to help with opened a new checking account. I'm an existing customer just trying to create a new one and I got nothing. Everyone standing around and no follow up. Left and went back to work.
Shame.

BNG of Roswell offers 1st class customer service. I left a big franchise bank to move to BNG-Roswell and can honestly say it was an excellent decision. All branch personnel I've dealt with have extensive financial knowledge. If you want a great bank I would highly recommend Bank of North Georgia-Roswell.
